What a horrible customer service I don't know where to begin. I ordered a pepperoni pizza but was made with thin crust and it made the pizza taste salty I called and they said since I took a bite out of the pizza they could no longer do anything. Called customer support but only got a automated machine also reached out to them by email all they said was we going to contact the store about the issue with nothing solved. July 17th I ordered a pizza online (paid for it). Sent my husband to pick it up. It says Melisa got my order at 5:34. But at 5:54 the status remained at "prep" . My husband say a domino worker and asked if he knew if the pizza was ready. Mind you I'm on the phone with my husband while watching the app. Then once the worker went inside the status changed to "bake" . At 6:04 my husband went inside (saw 5 workers just STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING) and asked if Our pizza was ready and once he asked and Melissa said it's being prepared then instantly the status changed to ready. Slow motion train wreck does not even begin to describe what a disaster this place is. I know it's New Years Eve I know everyone and their mom is ordering pizza during the worst rain event in years. Because of this, I ordered online 2 hours prior for a 7pm pick up. We ordered food from various different establishments staggering the pick up times, making this the last stop of the night knowing this location never runs on time. Never did I imagine, that at 645 when I was alerted on my phone "Brenda started prepping your order" an hour later we would still be waiting in the lobby. When notified at 7:11 my order was complete I decided to wait an extra couple mins in my vehicle for the crowd inside to die down. I walked inside at 7:15 and asked for my order. I was told "it's coming out next." 20 mins go by. Order is still not ready. I voice my concerns to the woman with tattoos on her right arm who then started to get lippy saying they are short staffed. They had 8 employees in there at the time and some just were standing around. I then said " your app notified me my food was done 30 mins ago and you keep saying its coming up next and I don't see it." She then starts yelling that "the computer does it on it's own." Which is absolute lies, because I watched the older gentleman update the orders manually on a touch screen on the wall. This is not the first time an order at this domino's location has been an epic fail but it will be the last time. My last delivery was wrong, the order before that we waited over an hour in the parking lot similar to tonight and eventually just left without our food. We won't be back. This is the third strike. That's more opportunities for redemption I've given other places. So now with low blood sugar (I'm a diabetic) I have to choke down my cold soggy food from somewhere else because Domino's doesn't know how a clock works. read more

Then we click I'm here there is a timer for 2 minutes that if they don't bring it to your car you will have a free pizza. The person in charge of our order pause the timer and come out didnt apologize or anything she just said your order is coming out of the oven now so i told her but it said in the apps it's ready and she reply and say I have to remake your pizza, they can at least notify me so I didn't drive there yet. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I created an online order even before the store opened and had scheduled my order to be picked up on my way to work. This was for my convenience. I picked up my order on time and went to work. As soon as I arrived at my office, I received a call from this location telling me that they had made a mistake and given me a wrong order. I told them I wouldn't be able to return and would like a refund since I did not get my order. The manager Melissa refused to refund me and advised that I would have to return to get my correct order or a refund. I asked if they can deliver my order and swap out the wrong items, she advised I would have to pay for delivery. She even had the audacity to blame me for not checking that I had received the food I ordered before I left. So not only did the manager tell me that they made a mistake, they refused to make up their mistake, and then chastised me for allowing them to make their mistake. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Went to order on 1/11/2020 around 3pm some pizza and my family and I saw that the employees do not wear any gloves or wash their hands. They were setting up boxes, printing tags for telephone orders and handling money, then they would go and start grabbing the toppings with bare unwashed hands to make the pizza. When asked why do the not wear gloves so food doesnt get contaminated the lady said since the "county doesnt enforce it and Domino's doesnt provide it ir say they have to the don't." We immediately cancelled our order and left. Poor hygiene when handling food is unsafe and just nasty. read more

when they were first building the dominos here i was excited. it was closer to my house than the one on atlantic and it was exciting for me. soon i realized that they're just disrespecting and rude and that they don't care about allergies. when i ordered the pizzas i specifically stated one should not have garlic because it was a garlic allergy. when my pizza came out and i checked it. I noticed that there was garlic on the crust when I came back in with my pizza they claim that there was no garlic on the crust but clearly there was. one of the employees helped me immediately and i thank her but the other employees talked about me and stated that i didn't say no garlic when i specifically did. i'm super upset that they treated me like this when i'm a paying customer. if i was to have no checked and taken that pizza home, my brother would've ended up in the hospital. absolutely unacceptable, please if you want pizza, order it from somewhere else. because you're better off going to little caesar's. read more

So I usually order online for delivery but they said they had delivery issues and if I came for car side pick up I could get a free pizza. OK, kool. After I ordered it said it would be ready between 6:04 and 6:14 PM. The instructions were that when I arrive I had to text the word "HERE" and turn on my emergency flashers. I arrived at 6:13 and a minute later I received a text that my order was ready but it would not be brought out until I received a text back that they had acknowledged my text. So I waited, and waited. No text. Finally, a gal emerged with an order for the vehicle in front of me (no emergency flashers visible) and they drove off and she went back inside. About 6:40 she comes out again and asks what I am doing there, I tell her, and she goes back inside. She emerges about 5 minutes later with my order (already a half hour late). I told her that I'm never doing this again and she shrugs. I called to complain to the manager on my trip home and I heard the same gal say that it was "that guy". I told the manager that it was their protocol that I followed and they still had no idea what to do. She did not apologize but simply said, several times, that it was a labor issue. When I got home i had to reheat my pizza and other stuff and it was less than amazing. This covid thing sure is screwing things up. Before covid, this Dominos was spot on with delivery and hot food. It's pretty obvious they place quantity over service but that's what it comes down to these days. This is coming from a guy that regularly leaves a 50% tip, minimum, because restaurant folks aren't getting rich doing this work. Unfortunately, the payment system on line would not allow me to add a tip. Maybe that's why I was ignored? Who knows. read more
