Early this year they came twice to fill my tank in a period of just a couple months (1,000 gallons - it lasts a full year) and of course charged me delivery fees, taxes, etc etc. They agreed to remove those fees as well. This earned them another star. Today I received a bill for over $200 for tank rent - so yet another call to the office to get my bill squared away. They did remove the fee, but I'm so tired of having to call for every single bill because something is wrong about it. My previous recommendation stands - do whatever you can to buy your own tank! Then you can shop around and pick the company with the best price at every fill. That being said, the new local management does seem to want to do what's right and was willing to work with me on my issues.

And yet I received a delivery on a day when I explicitly stated I could not be there because I would be at the hospital. The website says they'll do a leak test and ensure all of your appliances are hooked up correctly. The rep on the phone is Sure they wouldn't deliver without doing the leak test... But they didn't check my appliances, because they were in my house. Which was locked Because I was at the hospital and not at home. So nothing works. And no one is calling me back. And no one is fixing a thing. Guarantee I get a bill for it though.

After I gotten married, I had to get a new license reflecting our new address and married name. I'm one of those people that read online of the required documents needed for changing the name and prefill any paperwork before going to the DMV, aka overly prepared. I got there around 7:30 AM, and people started lining up about 5 mins before the doors opened up at 8. I am not being dramatic, but I literally went in, told them what I was there for, sat for not even 2 mins, got called up, showed/gave them my paperwork, took a new picture, paid, and left by 8:15 AM....IN THE SAME DAY! I was close to buying a lottery ticket because I thought I was really lucky that day- haha. 2x time I came here, was when I had to renew my license this year (2017). I couldn't renew it online because of my glasses restriction, so I had to come in, bring paperwork, etc etc. Of course, thinking on my first experience, there's NO way that I was going to have the same luck happen again. NOPE, I came to the DMV closer to 8, was the second person in line, doors opened around 7:57 AM, told them I only needed to renew my license, sat down and filled out another form, got called up (WHILE finishing up my form), did my eye exam test, took my new pic, paid (given receipt and temporary license paper), and left by 8:10 AM. I am so serious, about the timing. Please keep in mind that it only involved 1) having my name changed and reflect on my license, and 2) renewing my license. I am not sure how long it'll take to do any other DMV related situations, but this is the place to come to renew/update/correct your documentations/permit/license. I can't believe I had actually had a great experience 2x at a DMV.

Unfortunately in the docs I included an almost random old letter from the county and this letter brought everything to a hault because it says, as a home ed student, he needs to take the online course, which he DID take, and one of the documents I am including is the certificate of completion. Now, we are in circular logic hell. They have us waiting AGAIN. Its been over ninety minutes since we came back for his appointment. Cant leave cuz the agent disappeared w all our docs. This is dumb.
