They already have you for $75 so they enlarge the complexity of the job in the hopes that you're naïve enough to take it, but if you're smart enough to decline it, they still got your $75. The amount of up charging with this company is insane. Simple fixes become these exorbitant outrageously large jobs. They claim to be honest, but it's clearly dishonest business practices. They do not have your best interest in mind. Is 100% better to find a smaller company that's willing to do a good job without trying to drain your bank account.

They have a few great techs, but also some pretty horrible ones. One tech came out multiple times to fix a leaking head. He came out twice to replace the head but that didn't fix it. Another tech came out and diagnosed right away what the problem was and fixed it. We still had to pay for the two times of the tech not knowing what he was doing. The last straw was recently when the exterior pipe had a leak. When the tech came to turn the system on, the issue was discovered. He didn't have the parts to fix so said it would be on another call. A few weeks passed and I didn't hear from them so I called to get them to fix. They came out and fixed this and then installed something that I didn't ask them to fix. I didn't even know what the additional thing was. I called to ask about it and was told the tech said I agreed to it. I wasn't home when the tech came out. I told her tech was lying, I wasn't there. She said the original tech said I told him. I didn't. Left a message for the owner and haven't heard anything. So I ended up having to pay the bill. They charged $150 for something I didn't ask for. I will never do business with them again and will tell anyone who asked exactly why. Unprofessional and no integrity. That isn't a business I want to support.

This year i called because one of my landscaping lights wasn't working. The service man never tested to see what was wrong with the light. He just replaced the lightbulb and charged me $150 for the bulb. it turns out I didn't need a new bulb, I had a problem with the wiring. They had throw away the bulb so I had to pay for the new bulb and a second trip to fix the wiring. When I talked to the salesman about it when he was doing a quote for another project he made fun of me and gave me a ridiculous quote. I will no longer use their services.

Every year they perform winterizing and de-winterizing services along with multiple other services. Our spring service this year was started but not completed as a pipe valve (backflow preventer) needed to be replaced. They needed to get a part or tool from their office as the serviceman did not have one in is kit. I had to call and remind them to return over 2 - 3 weeks later so that I could get the system to water the lawn and subsequently they billed me double for the same service. Shameful.. it is relatively simple to do it yourself (see "you-tube"). It is a quick procedure and you'll save about $300 a year
