There's no option to give a zero stars or I would. I really I am pretty baffled at this whole…read morescenario. I hired Tom to do my lawn care in June 2019. I paid him faithfully every two weeks up until October 2020 to mow my grass in the spring and summer and to blow my leaves in the fall. (He even mowed for free for two weeks in April of last year during Covid because I am an emergency medicine PA/essential first line worker. That actually touched my heart and I even bragged about him doing such a kind thing.) Suddenly in October he ceased coming. I text messaged him multiple times and called to get no answer. I even messaged him through Venmo. I was actually worried that something may have happened to him or he could've gotten Covid and that could have been the reason he just never came back and never returned my calls. He to this day has not called or messaged me back. His business Instagram shows that he's posted recently so I decided to try messaging him that way. The uploaded screenshots show that he read my message but clearly was unprofessional and did not bother to respond. This is not the way to do business. I will surely make sure that I let anyone that may be interested in using him know about this. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

I interviewed Green Dreams along with 2 other landscapers a year ago. The owner of Green Dreams…read moreasked me how he could deliver excellent service. My answer was, "if your crew damages any parts of my property, then I expect you to fix it. I don't want to come home and discover something is broken and the crew didn't bother to take responsibility". The owner was ok with that so we engaged in a service contract. I've had several problems this past year including weeds in my lawn and in my beds, a broken landscaping light from a tractor running it over, and broken sprinkler piping from when aeration occurred. I had to call to get these issues resolved. Not good. My service contract says that weeding is part of my service. I never saw any of the crew address weed issues on my property (until I called them out on it). My contract also says that they would prune my shrubs/trees. Being that all my landscaping was all brand new, I didn't need any pruning... but still was I was paying for a service I wasn't getting. My contract also said I could expect to have my lawn mowed about once per week. They mowed about half that amount. So, essentially I paid $280 per month EVERY month whether they worked or not. Considering I haven't seen them from Sept to April, it's not a good deal. I'll update this review next season if my landscaping looks the way it should if I renew.

I was more than respectful and asked for a small dent repair throughout my home on my trimming. They cost me $5000 for a $800 job! I communicated to the owner Jef immediately the same night the job was complete where I saw issues. They were at my house until 10pm at night for 2 days in a row trying to recover their screw up. Only reason I didn't notice everything right away is they were done so freakin late. Something that should have taken a 3-4 hours took them 2, 10 hour days. As soon as I did a walkthrough the following day I saw how poor of a job this was. They were even unprofessional to pour the old paint water and remains down my sinks and drain! They didn't tape the areas, painted over all trim on to the walls and now I have to get the whole wall painted. Even we're sloppy to paint on my hardwood floors. The owner made false promises to come rectify the issue and always had an excuse. Now that I asked them to fix it now he wants to say well you paid and the contract is final even though I presented the problem within the 2 weeks after service there within the contract to advise them of the issues. I literally showed him that night and the very next day. Super unprofessional company and I will never recommend them to anyone. Sad part is I have at least 50k worth of work that they screwed up from not rectifying a $800 job. These kids need to get it together and I will be sewing this company. They could have either fixed it or refunded my money and those chose not to do either. He even tried to blame the previous painters on their poor job as well yet this trim job had nothing to do with the spot job on the walls. Completely different areas. Very poor service and never use this company. So I've attached the entire conversation throughout the process and pictures of the damages. You see I was super professional, tried to accommodate and be understanding. Gave them plenty of time to fix this and here is how it ended. Owner on numerous occasions acknowledged how they messed up and promised to fix it just to turn around and never rectify the problem. Very poor service and unprofessional.
