On the day of the cleaning, someone not associated with Anna's business arrived to complete the clean which was never communicated with us. The person who arrived was unkind, clearly bothered by being there, and left within the hour of arrival with no communication to any of us. She returned the following day to complete the clean, still rather rude, and did very little to actually clean the space. It is a jr. 1 bedroom, smaller than the size of an average studio apartment. Anna then told us that the person she "contracted out to" wanted to charge her $100 an hour for the clean and claimed to have been there for two full days of work. Over the course of the month we were sent multiple sporadic communications and invoices as high as thousands of dollars for a job that was never completed and done outside of what we agreed to. When I stepped in to take over communication and get the situation cleared up, I set an appointment to speak with Anna. She missed the phone appointment, despite texting with us earlier in that day. I attempted contact with her again yesterday, and finally after multiple texts and a call was able to get her on the phone to discuss the situation. We negotiated the invoice down to the hours truly worked at the quote we agreed on; despite the job not being done I agreed to pay to end the matter. This finally occurred at the end of my day yesterday. I then find that she called me outside of work hours, called my employee, and threatened to add a late fee if the invoice is not paid today. An invoice that had just been sent the night prior at end of day. I find Anna's actions and communication to be deeply unprofessional. I cannot recommend her services, and will not be working with her again in the future.

This one was about 1400 square feet. After 3.5 hours, they said they were finished. I did a walk through and found so many spots that were still dirty. I asked for those spots to be redone (there were quite a few), did another walkthrough, and ended up having to clean it again myself. Instead of offering to do a second walkthrough to make sure they didn't miss anything else, they just stood around waiting for me to point more stuff out once they thought they were finished with the spot I pointed out. For example, there were a bunch of facial hair shavings in a drawer that got missed. I asked if they could go back to clean it. They did and came back downstairs, so I went up and checked, and there were still hairs in it! So I ended up cleaning them out since I needed to get back to work quickly and didn't have time to find every last thing that didn't get cleaned in this house. As I've done a couple more walkthroughs, I've found things that need to be cleaned that are absolutely not excusable. If I'm paying $400 to have a space cleaned, part of that is for a cleaner to be able to see what needs to be cleaned and to take care of it. I canceled the third cleaning job and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if you're counting on the space actually being clean. EDIT: I offered the option to come earlier in the day to avoid the heat or to use the air conditioner, and they chose not to do either of those. I did not receive any communication that the upstairs was too hot or that a fan was needed (which I could have provided). The cleaner said she wiped down all of the walls.
