It has been a mess for at least a couple years, starting after the old, and committed, manager left. Dollar Tree corporate should consider a change of district managers. And it used to be such a great place!

This store is a disgusting mess - the most untidy, miserable, dump of a store I've ever been in…read more Often empty shelves and merchandise strewn all over the place instead of being neatly arranged and displayed. Why shop there? I'm ashamed to say I live only a few blocks away and for convenience drop by occasionally to pick up an item or two. I can only wonder why the owner / management don't do something to clean and organize this junk pile of a " store." Apparently, there's no attempt to keep the shelves supplied or tidy and there often are large shipping boxes stacked high in the middle of aisles, posing a danger to customers ( especially children) who might accidentally bump into them and send boxes tumbling to the floor. A well run store would have the cartons emptied and items shelved before business hours. As long as this store has enough customers to keep the business going I believe nothing will be done to improve the appearance of the store or the manner in which it's operated. This morning I was there to make a quick purchase of two items - a greeting card and a calendar. It was too early for the store to be very busy, and there was only one cashier on duty. I was in line directly behind a woman whose final bill was $198.00. It takes a long time to ring up almost $200 of dollar store items. Nevertheless, no one opened an additional cash register until all $198 of the items had been rung up. Ironically, just at that point, a man, who I think is the manager, opened another register. Too late to help me or the several people behind me who were trying to buy only a few items and get out of there. This store is not customer friendly and if it were located in a decent area it likely, and deservedly, would go belly up. Less than 2 miles down the road, in Annandale, VA, is another dollar store that is well stocked, neat, clean and welcoming. Those of us with our own transportation should head on down there and patronize a business that shows its respect and appreciation for its customers.

First of all their stock of clothing was low quality, and their prices weren't all that competitive. It's cheaper to order online, when gas prices are high. And yet they got absolutely nothing done, left everything in the way and maybe me, as a customer, extremely uncomfortable. In all honesty, at a CVS I usually just keep my head down and look around / get whatever I need. I am really writing this review because of my experience today in the store. I walked in around 3:30 pm today, a Friday. I would expect the store to be clean and ready for the Friday - Sunday rush of people but this store had merchandise everywhere that employees were "putting back". The employees through the store were sitting on the floor, moving stock already on shelves around when I walked by and then the second I left would stop and go back to their phone/talking to each other. Now I'm writing this post because at one point I got extremely uncomfortable around the associates. There were two employees in the seasonal aisles that had seemingly barricaded the aisle by putting their stock carts on both sides of the aisle. Now I was in this store was almost 35 minutes and these two female employees did not stock the shelves with items from the carts on both sides of the aisle. I went down the aisle to look and grab a few things as one employee started tickling the other with a feather like item and I was BEYOND uncomfortable. To clarify these two employees made me as a customer uncomfortable, got no stock moved after barricading customers out of an entire aisle on a Friday afternoon and spent the entire shift just straightening random boxes to look busy (additionally some of these items were 90% off but listed full price so they weren't even taking the time to look into the products). When I came to the front to do self checkout there was another customer doing a return and she was mad that she bought an outdated product at which point the employees started harassing HER for buying it!

Jorge, Andy, John, and everyone else have been so excellent to work with. I came looking at a Rowe sectional and they helped me pick the perfect one, ordered me 20 different off white fabrics (aggressive I know but I needed options), and were so patient with me through my decision process. Their pricing was the best I found and I knew I wanted to buy from a small local business, so I placed the order for my couch and waited for it to come in. The fabric ended up being on back order so we were going to be without a couch for a few weeks. When I called them in a panic they said no worries, they'd get me a loaner in a few days. It was SO generous and held us over until our sectional arrived. Delivery was seamless and even faster than they quoted me. When it arrived it was so perfect and somehow exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend warehouse showrooms enough!
