I even went back to check before leaving, and it was still on her head, complete with the tag and plastic fastener attached. Trying on store merchandise briefly is one thing. Wearing an item that's intended for sale for at least half an hour is another. The fact that the tag was still attached suggests it could very well end up back on the sales floor for a customer to purchase. I have a photo but won't post it here. However, I do think management needs to address this and better educate employees about appropriate handling of merchandise. This was clearly not a new employee, as other staff members were going to her with questions throughout my visit. I tried calling the store yesterday and again today, but nobody answered. Since I haven't been able to reach anyone directly, I'm leaving this review instead. I wear Lululemon products daily and have been a loyal customer for years. It's disappointing to see this kind of behaviour in a store environment. While I don't want to stop supporting the brand, experiences like this certainly make me consider alternatives.

Their careful selection of clothing reflects in the brands that they choose: Covet, Something Else, Gentle Fawn, Spiewalk, Designers Remix, and a couple of other newly discovered brands today.
