I called and went in circles with people for hours. The train wouldn't come in time for christmas anymore which made me sad, but at that point I just wanted them to ship me the product for the price I BOUGHT IT FOR INSTEAD OF WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO UPCHARGE ME. they wouldn't. Place is a freaking scam. Also there's constantly workers stocking the shelves mid day and taking up whole isles and acting annoyed at customers for being in the way. This place sucks.

She was able to come back today the next day (wednesday) and she just wanted to exchange then for the same pants that didn't have a missing button. They refused to exchange them and charged her the $1.80 and told her since it isn't senior Tuesday today that there was nothing they could do. There is always something you can do. I don't think that's right. My mom is on a fixed income and doesn't buy things for herself often. Sure it's only $1.80 but my mom was clearly upset about it and $1.80 makes a difference for some people.
