This dollar tree is pretty nice. 1) regular dollar tree look 2) people, employees are pretty nice there. 3) I saw some easter decoration, pretty nice. 4) Good for buying gift bag for Bday or baby shower.

I always have bad experience every time I come to this dollar tree. I try my best not to argue bigger person . I've been three years. I come back same thing person.. This individual disrespected the line with no response coming out of her mouth, cutting people off all because she was on her phone with who knows . I get it you are the manager, but I'm sure you were train better. You disrespecting the customer while you're in your phone on top u give me attitude it's not my fault you got family problems leave them outside. Next time I will report this to the board. I work at Dollar tree so many years ago and I was a manager @ South San Francisco dollar that never happen in ur store shame on you.. For taking your anger on me.. check cámaras around 1-2 pm 9/10 respect the protocol be retrained U need it.

I got for the hot wheels but I know there is plenty. Last minute gift ideas and party options.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. -5 to be exact. The employee had the doors closed with customers inside with 20 mins remaining open. My boyfriend and I walked up to the doors and we touched it and they opened. The employee yelled at us "DON'T COME INSIDE, YOU COULD BE TRYING TO ROB ME. IF THE DOORS ARE CLOSED THAT MEANS DO NOT COME IN." My boyfriend said well you have customers inside and you close at 9, so we proceed to grab the 2 food items we needed. We walk back up to the counter to pay and the she said $2.50. I tried to pay with my phone but realized I forgot it so I couldn't pay. I left the items on the counter and I tried to exit the store and the employee yelled FUCK YOU GUYS. The doors were locked so I had to push them open myself to exit. The customer behind us kindly paid for our food after being apart of the whole interaction as she was literally yelling at everyone who walked in. Seeing other reviews, this seems to be a reoccurring thing here. It's very sad to see people want to live a miserable life. I get working at the dollar store might be stressful but you make your life what it is. Yelling at people like that isn't right. I'm not hoping she gets fired but I'm hoping finds GOD. 07/28/2024

Because the store does not allow to take a cart outside, my mom purchased a paper bag and started to put 18 small/medium items in a big paper bag. The other 2 big items she carried by hands. After scanning all items, the cashier lady collected all remained stuffs and tried to throw them in the bag carelessly. My mom told her "let me organize and put stuffs in". Right after that, the cashier demanded "can you pay first?". My mom said " I will pay after putting stuffs in". The cashier walked over another register and exchanged place with another cashier gentleman???!!! Less than 4 minutes, my mom paid with her credit card. And the same cashier lady screamed out "shit...get out of the store... we don't want you here..." while walking by my mom and disappeared behind the shelves. My mom was astonished by her attitude. She asked the cashier gentleman who was helping her "What type of customer service is this?", and concluded "I won't come back here if she is still here!". I am watching the cashier gentleman nicely to help my mom open the door and comparing the 2 opposite customer services. I hope that the manager or owner would train that cashier lady properly and no other customer could twicely (carelessly handle and rude behavior) be pushed away like that!!!

I had an uncomfortable checkout experience at Five Below today…read more During checkout, the cashier selected a few options on the screen and then asked me to press "yes" or "no." The prompt wasn't clearly explained, and since I was in a rush I wasn't thinking too much about it and just answered honestly. I selected "no," and the cashier immediately gasped. I later realized the question was asking whether I had been greeted when entering the store. When I came in, no one greeted me. The cashier had simply said "next" when it was my turn at the register. It's possible she had just started her shift and the employee who had been near the door earlier had already left, so the greeting may not have been her responsibility. However, when I tried to clarify the misunderstanding, the cashier cut me off and loudly said, "THANK YOU, HAVE A NICE DAY," without looking at me. When I attempted to speak again, the same phrase was repeated even louder, which effectively ended the interaction. At first I actually felt bad about the situation, but after being cut off twice when I tried to speak and hearing the same phrase repeated at me in a rude way, that feeling quickly went away. I also think the store should reconsider how this survey question is set up. Asking customers to answer a question about their experience while the employee can see the response creates an awkward situation. I answered honestly, but because the cashier could see my answer, the interaction immediately became uncomfortable and left me leaving the store feeling unhappy. I understand these prompts are likely tied to store metrics, but the checkout question was confusing, and the response from the cashier made the experience worse.

I have not really been coming to this store, but they sell products that are mostly under $10:…read moreelectronics, posters, food, etc. If you're going to be coming here, I'd advise you not to get electronics here. They most likely used cheap material, which probably lasts only several months. Unfortunately, they break after. I remember that I got a screen protector for my phone for $5, and all it did was accumulated more dirt onto my screen. That's why you're better paying more for a better screen protector that last for years rather than a cheaper one which lasts for only few days or weeks. I suggest getting just posters, foods, and other non-electronic products though especially if you don't really care about aesthetics. They also sell clothes though. Most products aren't really made to be aesthetically appealing and long lasting ones, but some aren't really bad to get. Just be mindful with what you're getting.

That's after you get over the initial shock at seeing how messy and unorganized the place is. After 5-10 mins, you get a sense of where things are and just start exploring the place. The staff are really nice and helpful. They want to make a sale to get merchandise out the door. The first time I came here was near closing time, and they asked me to come back. So I came back as a bargain hunter. I read the positive Yelp reviews, and decided to explore the place. I spotted a "14-Cup Cuisinart Programmable Coffee Maker," priced at $59. FYI, the price tag isn't the final price. The lady mgr made me an offer.....open box-$25, sealed box -$35. I asked for the sealed box. She said I can open the box and inspect it before I pay. We opened it together, and it was brand new. She said full refund if I return it within a week. Took it home, it works fine. If you have the time, come by and explore this place.
