The cashier was in really need of help from a coworker. Cashier called for backup as the store line was getting really long. Only one register was open. No other help from anyone else. Cashier stated that the other workers there never work or help. It took a while for the other worker to come out from the back to help and by the time she came out, all she said in an irritated voice was "the line isn't even that long, did you still need me to help?" She immediately turned around and left to the back of the store not helping. It took her so long to come out that by the time she got there she missed the long line. When she left, now the line was getting longer again. I told the cashier that was terrible of her coworker to leave her working alone. I was told that during the holidays that same worker left the cashier alone to work one line when it was extremely busy. I asked the cashier if that was manager and the cashier said yes. The lazy worker that left the cashier alone was the manager?! Her name is Jocelyn. I felt bad for the cashier that had to work by alone when the team lead is supposed to be supporting colleagues. The cashier was confiding in the customers almost as if begging for help. The cashier said they do nothing but just hang out in the back. My suggestion is proper training and removing the useless supervisor. It was embarrassing to see the supervisor leave the worker helpless in front of everybody standing in line listening. I felt bad because the cashier was confiding in me at the line but I think was afraid to say anything to the manager. I told the cashier not to worry and to take their time that it's not their fault. Higher management needs to get rid of the rude lazy supervisor name Jocelyn.

Love this dollar tree It's clean and a good layout. They have the best seasonal/holiday items plus every day goods. Grab things fast cause it might be gone the next day.

Josie who claimed to be the manager & Lorna needs to be fired! I visited the store today the store opening time was 9am. I was there a bit early so I sat in my car and watched the manager Josie leave the store. She didn't return until 9:15am to open the store laughing. 10+ customers outside waiting for her to open. I expressed to her that it was ver unprofessional and other businesses such as Walmart or Target wouldn't open their doors 15 minutes late. I asked for a customer complaint number, because it made no sense to leave a complaint with the person that opened the store late and she told me she don't have a number and to google it with her smirk on her face. I then asked can I have a number on her boss. She replied and said she was the boss. I expressed to her it's always a chain on command and I know that it's someone over her. She was very dismissive. Called me several b*tches. Then her older coworker Lorna joined in and said that she don't have to answer any of my questions and to just leave me standing there. These ladies make this store look bad. Let's do better dollar tree. Opening 15 minutes late due to your manager making personal runs is unacceptable.

Having checked into the hotel, I needed some things during my vacation in CA. Found a dollar tree, score! I love this place. Everything is always a buck. Unlike some other "dollar" stores I've come across in the past, where items are not necessarily a dollar. This location is organized and the cashier is friendly. I found everything I needed. I will always love the dollar tree.

Removing a star. The store was a complete mess. Shelves were nearly empty on almost every aisle. The items that were in stock were thrown all over the place. I would give 2 stars, but employees were very cordial.

This is the rude employee who ignored me when I was knocking on the locked door before they officially closed at 10 PM...

Arrived a few minutes before they closed at 10 PM and they did not let me in, they closed and locked the doors early. Then the cashier just looked at me and walked away while I knocked on the glass to get help or confirmation on why they closed early... Very bad customer service. I took a picture of her because she wouldn't tell me her name or help, when it finally turned 10 PM she was like we're close at 10 PM and left at me saying good night... Very rude. Do not go here.

It's a Dollar Tree so not much to review. Just that it is as essential as the Walmart with which it shares the large lot. Don't go expecting to find something specific as stocking here is hit or miss (but it has improved drastically from where it was two years ago, still don't bet of actually finding specifically what you are looking for). My experience with the lines here for checkout has been fine. In fact I feel that it moves faster than the lines in the neighboring Walmart but it would be nice if they opened up additional counters as the line begins to grow and smile at customers once in while :).

One of my finds today, yesssss! #score

I remember this location from back in the day was a movie theatre and then in the most recent years, a LA Fitness. I used to go to the gym here often and so it felt a little nostalgic walking in remembering when the gym got renovated. Now at Last Chance, it's been transformed into more of a giant warehouse of random things. Gone is the fresh paint and shiny gym mirrors and instead it's replaced with tables filled with random stuff. It is more like a giant garage sale and the whole place had a noticeable odor. The overall atmosphere also felt a bit uncomfortable for me personally due to the security presence. This spot wasn't the right fit for me, but for others they may have a different experience.

Review #877 2025-050…read more The Last Chance Store is a discount retailer that sells overstocked, returned, & discontinued merchandise from major retailers in bulk at deep discounts. If you enjoy spending time treasure-hunting to find bargains or the potential for designer/brand names, then this is the place to be. They acquire truckloads of goods from major retailers, including overstock, returns, & discontinued items, which may be opened, missing parts, &/or broken. You buy at your own risk because all sales are final, no exchanges or returns. Due to the ever changing inventory, each week is a unique opportunity to find deals with the best selections on Fridays... home goods, school supplies, electronics, clothing, books, etc. It's first-come, first-serve, & no holds bar in snagging that treasure. There's no rhyme or reason in the organization (it's severely lacking), so what you find one day in the bins may be totally different on the next (week) visit. Closed on Thursdays to restock, the items are supposedly all 1 price based on the shopping day with Friday being the most expensive, & Wednesday as the least expensive because it's the last day from the previous Thursday's inventory. Prices have gone up since opening 3 years ago except for Wednesday; starting at $10 (Saturday), $7, $5, $3, $2, $1 (Wednesday). 2025 Prices: Friday: $12 Saturday: $10 Sunday: $8 Monday: $6 Tuesday: $4 Wednesday: $1 I've been here a couple of times towards the end of the sales, & not everything is sold according to the sale day (e.g. Pokémon trading cards were stocked in the "VIP Section" were priced $10 instead of $1 on Wednesday). Items along the store's perimeter are also priced differently & usually higher than Friday's no matter the day of week. I've purchased some school supplies, hand soap, & other home essentials for $1 & $2. My husband has found name brand protein & granola bars, though I would be wary of edible items since it's unknown how they were stored. Luckily, my Wednesday visits weren't crazy crowded like the early days. Is the hype/hysteria over for bargain hunting? IDK ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ There's no customer service on the floor during my visits, other than a cashier by the exit. Can't say she was friendly, just rang up my items & handed me the receipt. I don't recall if there are shopping bags for purchase if you forgot to bring your own. It's not my thing. I may stop by every now & then, but I don't always leave with a purchase. Last Chance Store is aptly named for the treasure-hunting lovers... good luck!

Household goods, kitchenware, arts and crafts, school supplies, party supplies, hardware supplies, tools, food and snacks, cleaning products, etc. Although they have tons of items, there's a few things they need to correct here. Items that are not tagged can be tricky. The cashier can charge you at any price on the spot and you wouldn't know unless you ask. What looks like a dollar can be more. Inflation and tariffs are definitely hurting the pocket. You also can't go back inside once you've paid. If you bought something already and checked out, you can't go back inside unless you leave your items up front. Maybe they've had issues with theft before or miscommunications with items. The cashier was friendly however, she was nice about it. Just strange practices but I get it, it's a small business and people probably steal here. EDIT: Came back here again shortly after. Cashier Julie was not nice and needs to be more friendly. Different cashier than the first one. She's a F!l!p!no lady. Kind of snooty and arrogant. Didn't smile nor said hello. When I spoke to her in Tagalog, she acted like she didn't hear me and responded back in English. The other guys that stock here are nice however. We needed an empty box to put all our stuff in but he took it from us to bring it up to the front before we can use it. This small store is a bit strict.
