I watch Videos of all the cool crafts you can do, and I have to drive to St. Charles store to get anything. Every time I go back to Batavia (it's soooo close) I curse under my breath and swear never again... whoever the DM is for this store should be ashamed and take responsibility for this mess. I should've return everything but I thought that too late. I think his name is Alex, when he did that I said his name aloud hop for him to apologize. Then when i left I said again thank you, and he did not replied back.
