The response didn't seem accurate, and it left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. If there has been a policy change regarding cigarette sales, that's completely understandable--but a clear explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the interaction left a negative impression, and because of that experience, I've decided not to shop there again. Customer service and clear communication matter, and this experience just didn't meet that standard.

I have had MULTIPLE experiences where I show up an hour or so before the front door and Google say they close, only to find the doors locked with customers still inside, and if an employee saw me at the door, they ignored me and wouldn't let me in. This was only at THIS location. Also here, within the last 15-18 months, they hired a little man named Mohammed. Mohammed likes to stalk me around the store, watching me as if I'm shoplifting. My last experience there with him, he did this for 30-45 minutes, only to take a break every 5 minutes to go to the intercom to make the "store will be closing in __minutes" announcement. I got to the cash wrap at 1201am, they close at 12, and he --not the cashier--MOHAMMED--wouldn't let me check out. Literally REFUSED MY MONEY over a one minute delay. One minute I wouldn't have been late if he hadn't hounded me all through out the store. In one other instance, I walked in at 1115pm ( the door said they close at midnight), he saw me, ran to the intercom to announce that the store would be closing in 20 minutes. Wait. So, you close at 1135pm on the SATURDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING? 1135pm? Just a straight up LIE. So I stopped going there about 6 months ago. I was in the vicinity the other night and thought about going but I called to see if he was working and he answered the phone. So I hung up. Never again.
