Chloe was so sweet and amazing!!! She approached us to ask if we needed help with anything, had a conversation with us, was overall very kind, complimented us and just made sure we had a good time when doing a simple shop. All while still staying attentive to the store. Give this girl a raise or some appreciation she's great at her job, I haven't had customer service like this in a longgg time. read more

The store was untidy. I found several items. The cashier was friendly and professional. This is a great store for bargains. Also, a good place for locals. read more

Quality/Quantity - Consistent. Delivery/load day, so I gave them a little extra credit on this review as the shelves were very low, but I can see all the dollies with the stock on it really to go on the shelves. They have both St. Paddy & Easter displays. Atmosphere - What, they have bathrooms?!?! I did not use it, and am not really sure it is available to the public. Open 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm or 9pm. Plenty of mall parking. Service - One cashier, long line. Sadly this is typical and expected at this brand. Price - $1.25 each + tax. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1989 with 15,288+ locations. I did not know that Family Dollar "merged" with you in 2021. read more

This store is a MESS. Boxes everywhere, nothing stocked, cashiers are slow very crackheadish. Go to a different location

Love Dollar Tree but this location was so dirty The front entrance floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in along time The inside of the store was a mess with boxes everywhere some blocking aisles so you couldn't walk down them The checkout line was long with only one cashier Do yourself a favor and try another location read more

Always a good deal & Dollar Tree. I buy there frequently. Things for traveling. Things for daily use. Things for the holidays.

**DISCLAIMER: PRE-COVID review. 2 stars for this location at least being very big and having a lot of items you would possibly be looking for... Other than that, MAN is this place a wreck, mess, and horribly disorganized. The cashiers were very slow to the point where the lines got pretty packed and long eventually. No disrespect, I want to give the cashiers for heading to work and operating the store but man... you still gotta do what you gotta do effectively and efficiently.... read more

I love the dollar tree for purchasing personal cards. They have a large variety of cards, holiday(such a Christmas and Thanksgiving), birthday cards, anniversary cards, new baby, new home etc. Most cards are $1.00 some are $0.50 cents. They have a variety of items. Plus if you are making care kits for the homeless you can get almost all of your items here. The store is clean. The cashier was friendly and my cards were cheap!! Who could ask for more? read more

The store is a little messy and kind of feels sad, like most Dollar Stores. I went to buy some supplies for a project. I accidentally grabbed 11, instead of ten. 4 were solid colors and 7 had three colors. I told the cashier that I just wanted ten. He pulled out one of the single color items. I asked him to remove one of the tri color ones. After he incorrectly grabbed 2-3 more of the single color, I politely asked him if he had color blindness. He said yes. I said a lot of people do. He eventually grabbed one of the tri-color ones and I confirmed that was right. I could have gotten angry. I could have treated him poorly. But I recognized what was happening. I wanted him to know that I understood. I apologized for making it difficult on him. Ableism is a hard space to navigate but I think this turned what could have been a tough interaction into a really positive one. He was doing a great job and a little thing like this shouldn't ruin anyone's day. read more

What a mess! Yes, I know it's cold outside, but this is not a playground. Several families decided to bring the little darlings here and let them run free. Yelling and screaming - nice touch. The other - check the pictures. Do you people CLEAN? EVER? Do you put things away? Do you just leave a mess and let it ride. read more

I love Dollar Tree. I just tried their frozen vegetables and they were very good. Yes, about Ted holding my satchel I misplaced. I left a similar satchel somewhere in a store three weeks ago (yes, I'm getting forgetful) and it also had my wallet in it like this one. So, I had just finished replacing my ID, credit cards etc. You know the horror show that is, so you can imagine the panic state I was in misplacing my satchel again. I saw Ted, rattled off what happened and the items I put in my cart (not remembering where I'd been in the store). He said, "Got It!" and took off racing down an aisle. Ten seconds later he yelled, "I found it." His Manager Michelle said I was the third customer to compliment Ted that day. I suppose the others were product/store related and didn't have him racing up and down aisles though, haha. That you Ted for being a fine young man and thank you to your parents also for doing such a fine job. read more

Dollar Tree - This is Ted holding the satchel I misplaced with my wallet in it. I panicked as I told Ted. He took off and found it. Thanks Ted. - Discount Store Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

Cashier was very rude. Slow. Messy store. Tried to move my order on belt so the person behind me could put his stuff down (carting stuff). She said don't do that I said I was trying to help the next customer she said I "he will be fine". read more

Yeah, so I'm a regular at Dollar Tree. The prices can be pretty good. The selection is not always that good. The prices on batteries seem to be pretty good, for instance. But on a recent trip I needed tape. The only tape they had that I could find was doublestick tape, with glue on both sides. That wouldn't work. That's the hazard of Dollar Tree. Pus lines at the check out can be long. read more

Dollarstore, what to say what to say! Well I am only a frequent shopper here if I want some inexpensive candy or if the wife needs something really quick will I come here. My latest visit was about a 5min walk in an thru as we were only looking for a table cloth, then it was up to the register to check out. Now you think a store without customers would be prompt to help out the customers correct? Nope! I'm not sure what the conversation was about that the lady was talking to but we were at the register for a few mins until she noticed us standing there and then replied with "oh I'm sorry I didn't even see you walk in" as she said good morning to us when we walked in. I understand we all get caught up in the moment or a story with someone so I got it and that's not a 1 star but a 3 star other times I've been there I have gotten moderate service but what should you expect from the dollarstore. Hopefully this is only a rare occasion not an everyday thing. But I do appreciate her apologizing for keeping us. Would I discourage others from shopping here? No! But I would encourage it tho, not only will you like your savings if your into saving money that is but your also going to get more for your buck depending on what you buy or how much stuff you get. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. It's a complete mess, aisles are full of product and the shelves are a disaster. Its disgusting read more

I have been to this store several times. Every single time I go there, it is completely disorganized, the shelves are mostly empty, it is dirty. They never have the things the other Dollar Tree stores in my area have in stock, and I was told by a Dollar Tree employee that the workers at this store go through and put back all the "good stuff" that comes in, for their friends & family & to sell online for more money. The associates are mostly unable to assist, and supervisors are just plain rude. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Lovely store. Antonio definitely makes me feel welcome every single time i come in. It's gotten to the point where he's given me a nickname because of where i work and he remembers me everytime i come in. I absolutely love how kind he is to all of the customers when i am in there. Definitely such a great guy he deserves a raise! Best dollar tree in town no doubt about it just because of Antonio. His attitude and his thoughtful actions towards everyone makes this dollar tree stand out. read more

WOW!!! Just WOW!! I have NEVER in my 61 years been inside such a dirty, filthy, disorganized, rotten mess of a store!! I've seen flea markets that are cleaner. Everything is basically THROWN into aisles, or what little shelving they have that isn't broken. Does corporate not go into this store and see what a complete train wreck it is? On the floor, in the middle of the store, there's a huge black stain which resembles dried-up vomitus. The employee in back, who had so many boxes stacked up which looked like a fire hazard, was clearing her throat of what seemed like an entire mouthful of mucus!! I about puked! I grabbed two greeting cards and two other things and went to the cashier. Cashier looked miserable and angry. No HELLO. No THANKS. NOTHING! She looked like Dollar Tree had just hired her from the homeless shelter., then beaten her to go to work. What a disaster! Don't believe it could possibly be this bad? Go on in. See for yourself. I really wanted to tell the cashier just how much her store sucked ass, but she wouldn't have understood. Looking for deals? Go to a garage sale or the swap meet, instead. Check the city dump. Buy from the homeless. ANYTHING would be better than going into here. This makes The Salvation Army thrift store look like Macy's. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! read more

There seems to be a lot more cons then pros with this particular store. I have been here many of times and it seems like it's going down hill. The pros: Staff here are very friendly and informative on product that they carry! Great location spot. Easy access off the he freeway. Parking lot is spacious. The cons: When walking in the store it has a weird nasty smell. There is debris in the ground throughout the store. Each time I go there they don't have what I'm looking for. read more

Most Dollar Tree locations are the same. I do enjoy coming here just to browse sometimes, but it's their seasonal and holiday items I really enjoy! Dollar Tree is the perfect place for me to pick up some props for use in my Instagram photos! I can grab a bunch of different Christmas, Easter, Valentines, seasonal, and fake flowers to add some flair to my photos and not break the bank! This location is the one I shop at the most. I like this one in particular because it tends to be a little more organized and clean than other locations. The staff here is really nice as well. They are always in a good mood and joking around amongst each other as well as with customer which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I will continue shopping at Dollar Tree for the foreseeable future. It's really nice having one so close to my house that I can pop into a pock some inexpensive items when I need them! read more

This definitely the cleanest and friendliest dollar tree in the reno sparks area!! Their the only ones that have a clean store and fully stocked shelves. They always have what all the other ones dont in stock and you dont feel dirty walking through their store. I was so impressed by my visit today and every time i go in there. I will continue to shop at this location even though i live at the opposite end of town! read more

I've been to this dollar tree plenty of times, and I only go when I need to help refill my son's school "treasure chest," or I'm buying little party favors. When I went in to this store today, my young boy needed to go potty super bad. After trying the bathroom door and finding it locked I took both my children to the front of the store to ask the cashier if we could use the bathroom. She told me they didn't have a bathroom. I repeated that my son had to go, and she said they didn't have a bathroom and then ignored me. I had to leave the store and haul my kids down the street to a bathroom at a restaurant next door. When I went back to the dollar tree to purchase they few things I needed, we saw a gentleman hand the bathroom key back to the cashier, and thank her for letting him in to the bathroom. I was appalled. I will never, ever, go back to this store. They caused my son such embarrassment and discomfort and cause me an extra twenty minutes of trying to find a bathroom. A heartless cashier. She wasn't wearing a name tag, but she should be fired. read more
