The best part is how much warmer my home actually is from having the proper ventilation. I called immediately, and from my very first conversation with Sandi, I have had the BEST experience with craftspeople that I can remember. Sandi is funny, smart, has a wonderful eye. She is also very kind and patient, advising me through the process. She also matched the stain used throughout my house perfectly, which required mixing together 8 different tints! And she kindly made extra so that I could stain a piece of stair railing that had been replaced previously but never stained. My three radiator covers are just beautiful pieces of furniture that I am proud to have in my house. Sandi and Dan were a pleasure to work with, and are incredibly cool people, living an honest and creative life. It says so on the receipt you're given when the transaction is complete! With that in mind. The store is neat, merchandise is organized. The person behind the counter is very cheerful and makes small talk with the customers. A lot of these dollar stores have an "All Sales Final." Rule. Dollar Depot pretty much carries a decent amount of typical dollar store type items, and some things you wouldn't find at a Dollar Tree. The pricing is decent for most of the merchandise. the size of the store was a lot bigger than I thought it was gonna be. I loved how I found Foca liquid laundry detergent! I have been searching for that for awhile. I was stoked when I discovered they carried it! Especially at $1.99. Way cheaper than the $2.50 Family Dollar was selling it for. It's a cool store to check out if you're in the area. Parking is surely not an issue. If you need something I'm sure this place has it.

A fellow customer had this one in his cart with the price of $399 (we actually helped each other put them in each other's carts). When I got to the checkout it rang up $449. The cashier told the manager that was the wrong price. The fellow customer a few lanes over had the same issue. Rang up $449. HE got HIS AC for $399, but- because my box didn't have a sticker- I was told I could either pay $449, or return it and go to Lowes. The manager actually said that to me: "yea, sounds like a good idea. Go to Lowe's." I was shocked! Never experienced customer service where the guy in the next lane pays one price and I pay another. The employee gestured that I needed to call corporate. In the pics, you'll see the SKU on the price on the box the fellow customer had matches the SKU on my return receipt. INSANE! Any other Ocean State. We have like ten around here. That lady should not be in a managerial position. She was rude, dismissive, WRONG, and about 3 days past due her shower/laundry rotation. Thousands of dollars worth of plants.. dead/dying because there is one assigned person trying his best to hold it together. Ethan is a star for trying. Meanwhile the few staff they have are trying to keep up with train wreck of stocking, cleaning up from people tossing stuff on floors in clothes depts especially. Other depts have people on cell phones or just hanging out!
