She continued to debate with me then a manager asked what the issue was and I explained I wanted to pay using my phone, the manager told me well she already told you that you need a card for that smh. I left without buying the items I shopped for that day. I just returned to the store the other day to return a non working lightbulb for someone. I went in and asked a worker who was stocking shelves where lightbulbs were. She never looked at me when I excused myself and asked, just kept her head down and said it's probably in the home section. I asked where's that? She said It's in 18. I went down and looked it wasn't there. She was then 6 rows down hollering sir it's over here. After I got the lightbulb I went to the counter and explained I wanted to exchange the lightbulb as this one didn't work. I let them know customer also called to advise them. This was the manager working the register, she just looked at the lightbulbs and receipt. I asked is there an issue? She said yes the receipt says you only got 1 lightbulb, but there's 2 here. I said right I want to exchange this one that doesn't work for this one as a replacement. She then said again but there is only 1 lightbulb on the receipt, not 2. I couldn't believe this wasn't comprehendible, I slowly explained it again only to get more resistance until it was finally understood without any empathy. I had other items I was going to buy while there but left them.

I am waiting on other furniture so I can move in. When went in there today Armand who was my sales person would not allow it. When talking with Armand another sales person, which did not get his name, cause, they would not give it to me. The sales person was listen in to our conversion and started saying stuff about my conversion with Armand. I said to him this is between Armand and me and he kept saying stuff. It got to the point to where I did not get my $600 out of the $3500 I gave them. I had to make a police report because the sales person wanted to fight outside. I wrote to the BBB and heard from a friend of my new neighbor that here girlfriend went through the same thing there. I also talk to a friend's mom about the situation and her daughter went through the same thing. What happen to warranty, now need to contact these company which is Ashley and Sealy just to let you know. I spend 6 hours on this project and counting. I would recommend not to shop here if you want great customer service, honest sales people, and not go through what I am going through. My mortgage payment is do in June, hopefully something will happen to my advanced. I am a College graduated and am in sales and consultant and work 70-90 hours a week and if you are like me I would not shop at this place. I know woman who make 85% of the decision in today's world and if you have kids you have a 70-90 hour job a week. Would not recommend to anyone, even man, they will just take advantage of you.
