Manager explained they're not allowed to show us the video or picture due to their policy. The item was only $15.99, they treated us like we stole it. What probably happened was the item got left behind since they don't offer bags anymore, and person behind us took it. Never coming back again, unless I want to be treated like a criminal or racially targeted. Instead of helping the customer the manager was very condescending towards us. Tip for the higher management: Provide customer-facing HR or communication training for the grocery manager. This would give them better tools to support shoppers and resolve service issues smoothly.

I initially had the car towed to America's Tire in Salinas, where I waited two hours only for them to claim the tire had a "double puncture" that couldn't be repaired, trying to push me into an unneeded $200 replacement. Because I originally bought the tires at Costco, I had the car towed over to their tire center to use my road hazard warranty if a replacement was actually necessary. The technicians here inspected it right away and confirmed there was only a single puncture. They patched it without hesitation and got me back on the road. It's rare to find a shop that values honest assessments over an easy upsell. Really appreciate the team here taking care of it the right way.
