He then went into their little back room/shop area to grab the traction tire. He started working on it and never told me there would be a fee. I am very able to replace the tire myself. This was very wrong of them, poor business practice and violates NYS and Federal law. Most of the stock is in VHS (which is amazing in and of itself, especially in this day and age) but there are some DVDs too. This is my most favourite place in Rochester to rent those old, hard-to-find titles (some of which never even came out on DVD!) And the display setup they've got going there makes any film/media geek drool. It's not every day you get to see a LaserDisc player up close and personal. If you want to relive the past and step into a time warp, check Hyatt's out, and rent a video or two while you're there. I called the pharmacy there, and found that the RX was an outdated one, as my doctor now had replaced it with Losartin. I said this to the pharmacist working at 1:15PM on the 27th of April. The pharmacist then asked me about the tecnicians's message and asked what her language was like. I responded with "rusty English", not knowing how better to describe it. Pharmacst then proceeded to admonish me for using the word "rusty". I then asked her what would be a better way to describe a language other than English, said by a person. She didn't really have a suggestion. And, altho I wanted to ask her a question, she promptly hung up on me. I am, at age 87 yrs old, furious as to how unprofessionally this pharmacist handled this situation, and am considering leaving Walgreens in Penfield, as a result!
