After diagnosis I was given a voice of CPAP providers and I selected YOURCARE in Penfield. Mindy called and gave me a heads up in the process, asked about type of CPAP I wanted and informed me if the differences. I chose what I felt was best for me and she told me how much to expect to pay at machine pickup and what future payments would be. She also let me know timelines for when to expect the Machines in. I was expecting a much longer wait but by Mindy preparing me for a back order situation, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it came in. I went in to get fitted and schooled on the workings of it and it was very quick and helpful. All in all a great experience!

Now I'm transferring and having new prescriptions refilled there. The pharmacy staff actually cares, goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Good old fashion customer service! This one is trying to make the pivot, but it's just not the best experience. Yes they've done some store upgrades, but their problems with pilferage mean that regular items you'd want to buy are locked up. And there are always long lines at checkout. Sometimes they are sold out of very routine things. It's not very convenient.
