The building looks older, but it's been kept up and well maintained. It's in a strip mall plaza on Kietzke which is a main thoroughfare in Reno. We got some goat milk, some snacks, and contemplated getting a couple little quarts of ice cream for the road, but we thought they'd melt before we could get to them so we had to pass on those. All in all, the store has a big produce section, tons of pantry staples, respectable sized meat and dairy sections, and the staff were friendly and the guy who helped us check out was quick and helpful. We'll plan to be back next time we're in town.

I thought I would check them out for fun. It was fun and i am trying new things which is great. I did notice the total was a bit higher than i thought but have been dealing with migraine and neck pain so figured I must have made the mistake. I went to take a picture of the receipt for fetch and noticed i was overcharged for seeds. They were supposed to be biy two get two free. Which means i was overcharged about five bucks. I went back and he said he couldn't refund me but i could pick some things of equal value but he came up with 4.50 which is wrong but my pain is pounding so whatever. I picked a candy that was 4 but that left 50 cents he would admit to really a dollar and i don't want to spend more because of their mistake. Then i said forget it you get my fifty cents and he pulled it out of the drawer finally so i was only ripped off fifty cents and my time and frustration. They are a nice store but pay attention or they will rip you off maybe on purpose (debatable). Will not be back as prices are not all vlear and customer service sucks. Can't do refunds when they ripped me off ridiculous.

The store was pretty organized and their inventory looked like it was higher quality than your standard Walmart or Target, albeit their selection was limited. We did find some good bargains but most of the inventory was a bot pricey; customer service was adequate, our cashier, Daniella (if I remembered her name tag correctly) was polite and professional, and our brief interaction was overall pleasant.
