I've never been more humiliated in my life! Ashley the branch manager just walked by me and stared at me oddly. I was just waiting in the back looking at the party supplies, and waiting for my son to use the restroom. Ashley then went over the loud speaker and shouted "security check the security cameras in the back by the party supplies" and everyone stared at me, the only person back there. I approached the register and asked if there was a problem. She said she checked the cameras and she didn't know I was waiting for my so using the restroom but did not apologize. She doubled down saying I looked suspicious!!! And that that's what they were trained to do to single out suspicious people! She knows I wasn't doing anything behaviors because she checked the cameras: but she still felt it was completely acceptable to accuse a mom waiting for her son , and shipping of being suspicious? I dubbed this location "the Nordstroms of the Dollar Trees". It's clean, well organized, and just plain luxurious for a Dollar Tree. I loved shopping at this location when I lived in Palm Springs. The manager is super friendly and helpful. The whole staff is great. The store is fairly big and has a wide selection of items. I found items here that have been eternally out of stock in San Diego. You just cannot beat the Nordstroms of the Dollar Trees! read more

An ideal store to shop for office & school/classroom supplies, cleaning supplies, holiday/novelty items, snacks, and candies. You will find interesting Halloween-Christmas-Valentine's Day items during its appropriate holiday. The beauty of this store; everything is a buck! The staff is friendly, shelves & aisles are clean, and its usually well stocked. There is ample parking. You might even get a friendly greeting upon entry if it is not too busy at the check-out. This was seriously one of the biggest, cleanest, fully stocked Dollar Tree I have been to! It had so many items in stock, some that I have not seen at other locations. The floors were clean, everything seemed to be in its place. The staff was nice and checkout was a breeze. read more

This review isn't really about the store itself, more about an employee named Luis. About 2 weeks ago I visited this store and lost my drivers license. I wasn't sure where but I knew I had it upon entering. Long story short, I tore my house and car apart looking for it, to no avail. I was kinda freaking out because I was supposed to go on a plane and can't enter without ID... Two nights later there is a knock on my door. It's Luis, a cashier from Dollar Tree. He says he found it in the parking lot and gave it to his manager. He said after a few days he saw it was still there so decided to drop it by. I was so grateful and shocked! I tried to throw him some cash but he flat out refused. Thanks Luis! read more

This is the most pleasant people there and always say hello. The only time I have ever seen anything but kind courtious people working there is when you get nasty entitled people there think they are princess. I go there all the time and even the entitled people get treated with respect even though they aren't respectful. They have great frozen food often name brand and stocked quickly when supply run out. I have not had a bad experience there except from other customers acting like the are a Nieman Marcus for a dollar or less store. read more

I came into this Dollar Tree looking for something that I needed and my visit turned into an amazing experience. I met this wonderful cashier lady her name Latanya, what a charisma! This lady excels customer service. I notice her bubbly cheerful actitudes as soon as I walked in. She was spreading positive energy into the customers. When my turn came to pay I had to complement her on her positive, friendly yet professional attitude, I'll most definitely will come to this store whenever I'm on Palm Springs . My family go to this Dollar Tree a few times a week.My daughter had done her shopping and was sitting down to rest.She was accosted by Luis who told her she had to pay for items in her basket which was obvious.When my wife intervened he said he would bet his check she was stealing.This rude clerk should go two weeks without pay because his accusations are baseless.My daughter has RA and her legs get tired.This embarrassed my family.We'll make trips to 99cents and up. read more

This is not a review of the store as much as it is about the management team over there. Roxy is always nice and friendly and so accommodating and seems to know her stuff. Janus is absolute sweetheart always taking 2 minutes to talk and be friendly and Scott is professional and all about keeping the line moving but always has a smile and seems to know where everything is and what's out of stock and is a very nice young man. But it's not all good, the store manager Jesus has a bit of an attitude and seems to alienate his workers, I've spoken to many workers from there in and out side the store and they told me he is very inconsiderate of his people's personal lives and health issues. All that matters is stocking and sales. But in this day and age store managers don't last more than a few years so I would still encourage people to shop there but don't try to work there. Sunday is the best day because the store manager isn't there. read more

The management just stopped me at the door and asked for a certificate for my emotional support dog who I was carrying in my arms.i didn't have it with me. She is 11 yoa btw. This store isn't pet friendly. The blond manager was very rude in his approach to me. I have PTSD and he upset me deeply...I will never return to this store. Do not buy any bubble maker toys from any dollar tree or discount store.they don't work.

I go to this dollar tree because it is near where I live but this is the last time I'm going to go. I always go and get exceptional customer service but not this time, I was buying cleaning things to clean my house.. Sponges, dish soap, bathroom cleaner, etc. I have a sponge mop I've already purchased from this dollar tree and the sponge is all dirty and used so I just need a refill of the sponge which I grabbed. I go to check out as I'm checking out the cashier, ROXY (it says her name is ROSEANNA on receipt) makes a face and turns the sponge around upside down and looks at the sponge and then looks at me weird, I look back at her and say is there a problem? She says, in a very rude manner may I add "This is supposed to have a stick?!" I said "no this one doesn't .. I just need the refill I already have the stick??" She continues making faces and rings it.. That's when I tell her "is it that big of a deal that I need to go buy the stick???? You keep making faces as if I did something wrong?? I'm not stealing I'll go get a stick if you want but it's just going to end up in the trash. She then rolled her eyes.. I paid my $1 for the sponge which is the same price as the SAME EXACT SPONGE WITH THE STICK so I don't get the problem? This situation literally made me feel so bad.. I work in customer service and I would never make someone feel that bad.. My stomach is turning as I write this cause I feel so horrible from the situation.. I don't think I did anything wrong and for the cashier to belittle me and make me feel bad just made my day a bad day.. Maybe I'm being sensitive but I never wanna go back.. read more
