When I asked about the Arrata brand, she told me they no longer carry it, then directed me to the back area and said the items there were 50% off and that I could check the rack in case something was there. After spending about ten minutes searching, I found an item. At that point she changed her story and said the price on the tag was not 50% off and that it was full price. This was completely different from what she originally told me. My family and I have shopped here before, so this experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I came specifically to purchase a Mother's Day gift, and the lack of courtesy, clarity, and consistency made the visit unnecessarily frustrating. She blew it Lulu, we will never come back and we will pass the word along. Be nice to everyone afterall we keep the rent paid.

All the volunteers were kind and welcoming. The ambiance is festive and fun! I wanted a fanned out type of bouquet that wasn't super heavy and that was not at all what I received. The process was unprofessional from the start as no contract was ever provided. Additionally, the vendor did not disclose tax fees until after I had already sent two payments via Zelle, at which point they suggested I pay in cash next time to "avoid" those taxes. Between the lack of transparency and the poor execution of the flowers, I would not recommend this business to other brides.
