We were looking the for the Orlando International Premium Outlets down the street, but our GPS sent us here. Unfortunately we didn't realize our error until we already committed a chunk of time here. When we first pulled into the parking lot, we were surprised at how lame the place looked. It comes off like a generic, run down strip mall that you probably have near your hometown, but never gave a seconds thought to. After walking around a bit, it was clear that there were no deals here. The pricing for most items we checked seemed to be on par with what you would pay online, maybe even a bit more. Also, the amount of inventory on hand was either erratic or sparse. In the end, the negative vibe of this place just sucked the energy out of us. We didn't find anything worth buying and it wasn't a pleasant place to walk around. Waste of time. Hopefully we'll make it to the Premium Outlet down the road on the next trip.

It was on a Tuesday, which is the first day of their week And they claim that everything is $14 on the first day. $14 only refers to what is in the bins that all these places have. They basically dump stuff out multiple times a day and people pick through it and buy things. I believe this is an old grocery store or some sort But there is a lot of space inside. What I did realize was that virtually nothing in the bins was worth $14 on this day. Anything that might've been worth that was priced at $30 or higher off in a separate section. A lot of what was in that section would be in the bins at most of these types of stores that I have visited. I understand appliances and mattresses and other rather large items being priced higher, but a lot of these items could have been in the bins based off of other places. At some point, I will probably stop in again on one of their cheaper days just to see what they have. Inventory does change constantly so it could be better sometimes. The other thing that struck me about this one was when I walked in, the place did not smell nice. They were not crowded and there is a lot of empty space. If you're looking for deals, it could be worth stopping in as you never know what you might find , and it is possible to hit several of these stores in one day, depending when you are shopping. Be aware that most of these types of stores are cash only if you have never been in them before. There are handicap spaces near the entrance, and the entrance was accessible when I was there.

The price advertised was for one modle and the one advertised was a different modle. The correct customer service approach for their mistake was to honor the price due to their error on the flyer but the female staff was hell bent that the advertisement was correct until I pointed out the HUGE ERROR. I'm so glad my husband told me to take a picture of the flyer to show at the register. She even had the audacity to ask when I took the picture, I said "TODAY!" She didn't believe me, became enraged, as she was making her way to the display, she knocked down some merchandise off a shelf. On this particular visit, I didn't make a purchase, but as usual, they had quite a few food items that I can find at other locations and I keep in mind for when they need arises. I've been really considering a new vacuum cleaner, and I have found some really good deals on them here but my only issue is that every one of them does wet and dry and they are all remanufactured products. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with them, but I am looking for just a regular dry vacuum cleaner. Either way I have to save up the money to get one. I have found quite a few kitchen items that I would find useful, but I just don't have room for at the moment. I always check their book section and quite frequently. I find something worth reading. Like the other locations I have been to. I received a greeting when I came through the front door and multiple employees were pleasant to me and offered assistance as I was shopping.
