Honestly I do like this store. The people try their best. But there is just to much to do and not enough people to do it. I do enjoy their books and spice sections. And typically enjoy seeing what I can find in there. They just need to be able to hire more people. read more

I gave up on this location. Same company, different store in Burlington, much better, suggest you go there instead. This store never has what I'm looking for even when friends say that dollar store carries that item. It is filthy. Stuff all over the floors. Feels like the last cleaning was before the ice age. The clerks are usually apathetic, but given the rude behavior of the person who appears to be the manager that's no surprise. Once asked him where something was, he just glared at me then disappeared behind the employees only door. The other store is 100% better. read more

Pretty busy store. Typical Dollar Tree. Aisles a bit messy and tight. But they do have a large selection of many items. They also could have used a few more employees, the check out line took forever. There were only two cashiers and about 15 people in line. Will be back even with the issues, as it is the nearest location for me. read more

Well, usually I would write a good review for this Dollar Store. But the other day I was in line for a very, very long time. There were two employees in the back one of which was the store manager. Once the manager walked out, she stood by the front door waiting to check the employees bag before she left to go home. Which i thought that was very undignified and tense for us to watch. They don't trust their employees do they? The manager finally opened a third line after seeing the line of customers wanting to check out was going around the corner into the aisles. Then without a smile she started. The cashier in my line turned around to the manager and explained to her that the customer wanted $50 cashback, he wanted less but they didn't offer that option. The Checker ask the manager about getting more money for this cash back because she didn't have it. The manager scolded her by saying "why didn't you let him know that you didn't have a lot of cash because you just opened your till? Well that was a power-tripping, disrespectful, unhappy, very bad attitude and unprofessional manager thing to do in front of all these people to this cashier and to the customer wanting his cashback It was making him feel bad for getting cash back when they offer this option. So if you want my opinion I think the manager should have said thank you for waiting and being patient to all the customers, she should have opened her till with a smile instead of opening with a grumpy face because she had to work. So I am a very unhappy customer when it comes to the manager's attitude and customer service skills and the way she treats her co-workers. So maybe you should rethink your manager, get somebody in there that can smile, ease the tension with waiting customers and treat the employees better. When you're a manager you need to display a happy personality, have a good attitude and have concerns for the customer's and the employee's happiness. I want better customer service at the dollar store please. read more

This place is always trashed. The last visit is the worst I have ever seen it, and will be my last trip to that store. It is down right dangerous with how much junk is laying around and on the floor. read more

I dont have anything to complain about. Standard one dollar merchandise, several of them of poor quality. But what the heck! This is a dollar shop - what else could one expect. Despite being a sunday, check-out lines weren't long. Loads of craft and party supplies, not to mention cleaning aids and plastic cutlery. Oh yes, you'd totally end up buying stuff that you'd never really use. Ever. Yet, you'll end up buying because its a dollar a piece. read more

O...M...G this place is a S.H.I.T....S.T.Y!! I can honestly say I've never seen anything like it lol. Was RVing down the 5 and needed some dish soap. Dropped in here and was aghast upon walking in. It looked like Bourbon Street after Mardi Gras! There was more shit on the floor than shelves, and I'm not being facetious. This place was SAD. There was barely a path down the isles, literally had to wade thru merchandise on the floor! How the HELL does a store manager stay employed like this?? How do I get a job like that? Oh and BTW, there was a homeless camp about 50' down the sidewalk from the front door lol. Basically a bunch of young guys, high on different things, just festering on the storefront like trash. Perhaps the store manager was with them? Anyway, I wheeled it out of there quick without purchasing anything. Wow a cashier of yours charged me twice. On my card, how? Said it didn't went through when it did. And I didn't find out till later when I checked. Please only hire people who know how to work a cash register. Person was snooty and very rude. Rolled eyes and everything. I have been in this store a couple times recently, and have been disgusted by the pig-sty conditions. There is merchandise strewn all over the place, half empty shelves, and the restrooms are a health hazard! But good luck trying to find anyone who works on the sales floor. As far as the cashiers go, zombies have more life in them. I realize being a cashier at a Dollar Tree store is probably not high on anyone's dream job, but if you are going to take a job, do the job!! Customer service is always expected whether it is Dollar Tree or Nordrstroms. I am not asking for a full-on conversation, but at least acknowledge the person in front of you. Remember, they are your paycheck! The store manager should be retrained or replaced. read more

The lines can sometimes be long, but they usually try to call another cashier up and the cashiers are very friendly. Good selection of items. I am always amazed at what you can find here like the gnocchi (a fresh pasta from Italy!), which is so yummy with butter and parmesan cheese. I buy all my cards here at 2 for $1, what a bargain. read more

I normally don't write reviews, however felt it necessary after so many bad experiences. First off, this store is always out of stock on many things. I used to manage a retail store and we were never allowed to have so many empty shelves or pegs. Don't quite understand it. #2 it is nearly impossible to find help. When you do they don't have a clue. Yesterday I went looking for a couple things I bought before, and of course they were out. Found something else, but is was broken. So I finally found someone on the sales floor and asked if they had more. Her comment was "I don't know, I don't think so, but you can look around the store maybe there are some lying in a different place." Then continued with her stocking. Finally, when you do find something to buy, be prepared to wait in a long line as they usually have one cashier, if your lucky there might be two. read more
