Their Lyocell bed sheets are the softest, most wonderful sheets I've ever had (Lyocell is made from eucalyptus, but I just think of them as being made from unicorn tears). Delivery was a snap. She added she would charge me $50 for same day service. Mike came that afternoon and promptly determined that it had a failed control module. He said there were 11 each of that part in a warehouse about a 100 miles away. He said if I paid for the part I could schedule the repair and I agreed. Tanya subsequently called and left a message that she was scheduling the repair for July 31 and hoped to have the part by then. I returned her call and I told her that I couldn't see why they couldn't obtain that part in a couple days. She repeated that July 31 was the best they could do. At that point I had no recourse. Mike returned on July 31 on installed the new part and restarted my refrigerator. His performance was very professional. However, I believe leaving me with an inoperable refrigerator for 11 days because it would take that long to obtain a part which was readily available wasn't credible. I understand that their service shop is about 45 miles from my residence. However, I purchased my refrigerator in their store about 19 miles from my house with the expectation that I would be able to obtain timely service if needed. Their performance fell short of my expectations.

We had recently visited the Furniture World in Bremerton but weren't able to find any living room set that slammed our doors, so I was reluctant to go in when my husband suggested it. Now, I'm SO glad we did. We met Shawn, who was super helpful and gave us the layout of the store and then let us look around. When he came to check on us, I shared with him the debacle we had with Ashley and he asked which set we had been looking at. Fortunately I had taken a picture of it at the time and was able to give him the name... ..and as it turned out, he had the set RIGHT THERE in the showroom. Virtually brand-spanking new! He didn't have the chair or the ottoman there, but was able to find out that there were chairs in the distribution center that could be delivered to the Bremerton store (closer to us) by December 5th, and the ottoman would likely be available sometime around Jan 6-11. And the sofa and loveseat...he offered to let us buy the set right there off the floor! His team meticulously plastic wrapped the furniture and had it ready for us when we came through the next day on our way home. We were able to get one piece in our SUV and the "boys" (his helpers) were able to help my husband load the other piece on the roof! Shawn clearly understands customer service, so much that we would likely consider driving to Oak Harbor again (quite a bit out of our way and a ferry ride to boot) if we are in search of furniture. I have to write this review now, even though we haven't received the chair or ottoman yet. I just KNOW that, if there any delays, Shawn will get in touch with us right away and help make good on our order!

This was a two thousand dollar mattress, not some cheap thing. I'd expect better from any retailer than this place. The owner screwed me bad, without an ounce of remorse. Now I have a brand new mattress that's going to the dump and I have to go spend another two grand from somewhere that won't screw me like this guy did. I guess keeping my money is more important to this salesman/owner, than keeping a good reputation or even keeping me as a customer.

The first one he had me try was not supportive at all, (probably by design.) The second was a low-priced Sealy memory foam mattress that was great. It was a 10 in mattress in a box. I brought it home and gave it about 3 days to inflate. I couldn't be happier with it and know guests will be pleased. Hayden was polite and helpful and has a mattress to meet any customer's needs. when I need to replace another mattress, I will see him first.
