From the outside, the building looks like a massive warehouse, so I walked in expecting rows of stylish furniture and trendy home décor finds. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty underwhelming. The best part of the store was honestly the artwork section. They had several nice wall pieces that caught my attention, but beyond that the selection felt very basic. I was hoping to find unique décor items, accent pieces, or some hidden gems, but I may have only seen one or two décor items worth mentioning. Most of the furniture looked very plain and the lower prices reflected the quality. There was also a chair section, but unless you only need one random chair here or there, the selection was slim. If you're looking for affordable furniture and home décor, I honestly think stores like HomeGoods offer a much better variety with similar pricing. The one thing this store absolutely got right was the customer service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and offered assistance throughout the store. They definitely made the visit more pleasant. Overall, this outlet was disappointing compared to what I expected. Great staff, decent artwork, but not enough selection or quality to make me want to return.

Most items appear to be in good condition and are very reasonably priced. I was able to get an entire bag of clothing for only $10. The store is run by a woman named Pat and several volunteers. All proceeds from sales here go towards running a homeless shelter for women and children. Whether you're thrifting to try and save money or reduce your environmental impact, I highly recommend checking this place out. They're also looking for volunteers, so if that's your thing this is a good place for it!

I almost wrecked trying to get over and into the parking lot of this store. I had been looking around town for plus size shorts with no luck. I wasn't paying $20 nothing for shorts that I can only wear two seasons out of the year, when I can pay $20 and up for jeans I can wear year round. The store was very organized and tidy. I was impressed by the cleanliness. I went straight to the plus size shorts and went through the various sizes and found two pair in my size and price range, one pair being a pair from Anderson Cooper's mother's line. For you non fashion people, that's Gloria Vanderbilt. She is the American designer who started the designer jean craze in America. I was amazed that her merchandise is still around. I went off to the dressing room to see if the fit was perfect. I like the fact that you can go into the dressing room without supervision and hassle. Both pair fit but one pair was missing a button at $8.99 that wasn't a big deal but I thought about it and realized that I would have to put money into a button replacement. So I let the staff know about that and they took a $1 off the price. That was fine with me. I ended up cutting a button off a Lucky Brand denim jacket I had and replacing the button, a simple fix!!! I checked out the shoe department which was pretty well stocked with fashionable shoes at good prices. The employees constantly came through and tidied up the merchandise customers took out of place. One employee even took one pair of my shorts I had set aside to buy while I was looking through the shoes and put them right back where I got them from. She actually rung me up and realized what she she did when she saw me buying them and apologized about that, but I'm wasn't mad but if cleaning is your job it's hard to see something out of place or in disarray. The checkout process was easy and I was out the door with two pair of nice shorts for a bargain. I will come back and check them out again. This was a painless shopping experience!!!

I do know for sure that Tuesday's everything is $1.25 and Wednesday's everything is $1.00 and you'd be amazed at all of the really cute barely worn clothes you'll find here. I have found so many cute skirts originally from forever 21 still with the tags on. Also, the staff are all really friendly and will greet you with a friendly hello and genuine smile when you walk in and when you leave they will also be really nice. If you haven't checked this place out you're missing out. The only thing that sucks is they're only open three days a week. Mon-Wed but it's worth going and taking a look at their clothes. They also have plenty of baby clothes and new born clothes and some neat purses as well... No shoes though, hoping that will change soon and they'll get shoes in this Last Chance location.

Overall the style of this consignment shop is very traditional. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. They had lots of dining room furniture, custom style chairs and sofas. Of course everything is styled beautifully. I also felt like they had an excellent selection of wall art. The art definitely ran the gamut as far as style more so than most of the furniture. Rugs, silver, China, lamps, you will certainly find it all in the store. Outback they have a warehouse style room with larger markdowns. I saw several full bedroom sets, as well as some other unique pieces. I ended up finding a print that I liked that had been marked down. I didn't buy it during my original visit but returned on Monday to pick it up. It was a really great deal- there's no way that I would've been able to purchase the print and have it custom framed for even close to the price that I paid for it. I will certainly be popping back in to check out what's new semi-regularly, or to see how quickly things turnover.

They charged me $0.60 for sales tax (2.86%) and then tacked on a hidden $1.00 fee, bringing my total bill to $22.57. Charging an extra $1.00 fee on top of a $20.97 purchase is an outrageous 4.76% surcharge and it was done without a single word of verbal or written warning.When I confronted the female cashier/owner about this unauthorized charge, she treated me with absolute condescension, pointing aggressively at a sign that says "No AmEx" as if I didn't know how to read. A "No AmEx" sign is NOT a legal disclosure for a debit card transaction fee, and she knew exactly what she was doing. To make matters worse, a man who was with her immediately stepped up to me in a clear and uncomfortable attempt at physical intimidation just for questioning the bill.Under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act (FBPA), it is strictly illegal to hit consumers with deceptive, hidden, and undisclosed fees at checkout. Furthermore, major payment processing networks explicitly prohibit merchants from adding surcharges to DEBIT card transactions.It is highly evident that this illegal fee is being applied selectively and unfairly to outsiders. They know these surcharges are illegal. I didn't want problems but someone had to tell her.
