I sent inspiration pictures then went in to design a new ring in their computer with them. It was then 3D printed so you can make any last minute changes before it's cast and diamonds are set. George is very patient and knowledgeable. We talked about all kinds of stones and shapes and sizes before coming up with the perfect arrangement. Jessica just seems to know exactly what your trying to do and how to put it in words. Both are very friendly and professional. I live in Columbus and drove 2 hours to see them and will continue for future prices! I Love it here and they did a fabulous job! I do suggest however if you aren't getting married to design a ring outside of wedding season .
