On top of that the bigger furniture pieces like consoles, lawnmowers, lawn furniture... the owner is charging more than it would be at a Marshall's or TJ Maxx... $300 for a lawnmower, $350 for a console (just check out FB Marketplace). Why they aren't opening the boxes as they come in and categorizing which table they'd belong is beyond my understanding. I also don't understand why there isn't prices on the furniture, seems as if they are haggling, giving different prices to different ppl. Needless to say I won't be back. Don't make the hike to check this place out I'm sure you'll pass better stores.

They were originally $150 but you guys had them on sale for $25. SCORE!!!!! My mom found me a bcbgmaxazria faux shearling coat that was originally almost $400 for $52! Double SCORE!!!! I LOVE a good bargain!!!!! My mom bought a coat and some shoes too that will reduce substantially as well. My mom thought she lost her Nordstrom card so she called Nordstrom so they can put a hold on her account but forgot by the time we were in line, she remembered it. Ebony got customer service on the phone for my mom and my mom was able to unblock her card and get a new card sent! Ebony also thoroughly explained the procedures of when you don't physically have your Nordstrom card to my mom and I. She was very patient kind and extremely helpful!!!!!!!! There's a giant "Do Not Open" sign hanging, but there's a box opening station with knives towards the front of the store where you can open the boxes. Many if not all the items are from Amazon, so you can read the description on the stickers to look up details on Amazon website or app. This was helpful to know more about the item, especially if the box is not opened. None of the items I purchased were damaged or missing pieces. If you come on the last day (Wed. $1), expect to see a crowd of people combing through the bins. Was at Planet Fitness the other day. Noticed the store for the first time, and decide to check it…read moreout. I live in town, and like to support local businesses as much as possible. The place is basically an indoor flea market, with what appear to be items that "fell off the back of a truck" headed to Dollar Tree. Some other repackaged salvation army donations line the walls and back corner. As I said earlier, I try and support local businesses whenever possible, so I decided to buy something for that sole purpose. Up towards the front, I saw a nick nack skull gas pump thing that caught my attention. Much like a flea market, nothing is marked with a price. The shelf the item was on was maybe 10' from the register, so I picked it up and asked the clerk how much it was. He told me to bring it over to him, I obliged. As soon I handed it to him, him told me that it was broken. I wasn't interested enough in the thing to buy it broken, so when he asked if I still wanted to purchase it, I declined. The next 2 minutes sound straight out of and episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm, but it's too random to fabricate. With no hint of sarcasm, the clerk asked me a second time, if I was going to buy it. I told him, no thanks, since he had literally just pointed out that it was broken. He said, "you broke it, but you're not going to buy it?" Again, no hint of sarcasm. All I could spit out was "what?" He repeated his asinine accusation. I reminded him that he literally watched me pick up the item and make the 10' journey to the register. He said, you must have dropped it. It was literally 10 FEET from the register, a straight line, in plain view. I told him that I would have never even known it was broken had HE not pointed it out. And I probably would have purchased it is the price wasn't ridiculous. Which brings me to the next level of insanity. He said, "since it's broken, $20." If I didn't know any better I would have sworn he was joking. In fact, I laughed and again could only muster up a chuckled "what!?" He asked a finally time, incredulously, "so you're not going to buy it?" Zero irony. I said "why would I buy something that's broken?" He somehow spun it around on me, where he was the bigger person, and threw out a "have a great day." Which I would have taken as a please leave my store, had I not already been standing in the doorway halfway out at the time. I guess it was worth the show, in hindsight. I've gotten some mileage out of that story already. p.s. after telling someone the story, I decided to look the item, brand new, up on Amazon. Remember, he wanted $20 for a broken, unpackaged edition (see attachment)

So I walked in expecting one thing...and left wondering why I hadn't shopped here years ago. The store was clean, organized, and packed with recognizable name brands at prices that honestly made me do a double take. Every aisle seemed to have another great find, and instead of feeling like I was on an episode of Storage Wars, I actually enjoyed browsing. The employees were genuinely friendly, smiled, and seemed happy to help. That alone sets Ollie's apart from a lot of retailers these days. And I have to give a shout-out to whoever curates the music. Instead of the usual elevator soundtrack that makes you wonder if time has stopped, it actually made shopping enjoyable. Then I found out they have a 30-day return policy. That completely caught me off guard. I honestly can't remember the last bargain or closeout store I visited that confidently said, "If it doesn't work out, bring it back." Great prices are one thing, but standing behind what you sell says a lot about a company. The biggest surprise wasn't how much money I saved--it was how much confidence I had shopping there. Ollie's doesn't feel like a place that's just trying to move leftover inventory. It feels like a company that genuinely wants customers to come back. Needless to say, they earned a new customer. I can already tell this won't be my last trip.

It is everything dreams are made of and totally worth the hype. If you're unfamiliar, I'd say Daiso is....Japanese Ikea mixed with 5 below and a splash of Dollar Tree. Unfortunately I visited about 30 minutes before close, which I think I needed an hour or hour and a half to see everything they have -- especially on the first trip. There are so many cute items ranging from decor, candy, toys, and activities. They had great household items that range from kitchen, garden, automotive and everything in between. I do wish the snack section was bigger with more variety but there are so many awesome things in this store I will survive. I was happy they had Aloha drinks, pocky, and takoyaki balls!
