They never seem to have enough small sizes, and I often see cute shoes but can't find them in my size. I'd love to see more options for smaller feet. Overall though, it's a great store if you enjoy bargain hunting and finding things you didn't even know you needed. The staff and customer service are good.

The products are familiar brands; it is stocked nicely and cleanly; and they even have a legit produce and cold case that rivals Grocery Outlet. Not quite but almost. I never would of walked through these doors, if my dear aunt, who is now retired in this area, raved about this place to me a while back ago. So for her birthday, along with a cake and some goodies, I wanted to get her some gift cards from here. It was a little bit of a run-around getting them, as some cashiers were clueless about them, but I was able to get them on my second try in another line. Of course since I was there, I browsed the aisles for a bit just to get an idea. I ended up getting a few things that was on my list for the month anyways. Here are some finds: +Brand name galore. Not like other dollar stores where mystery brands rule the shelves. Tapatio, Campbells, Frito-Lay, Heinz and even a Haribo section! +Great produce section, not as many choices as a regular grocery store of course but tastier product and a much better price. Found guavas here, and primo cherries for $2/lb. Super surprised. +Well stocked shelves. Look at my pics. Usually dollar stores are notorious for having disheveled shelves. Not here. +Great for seasonal holiday decorations on the cheap. Or decorating for a kid's birthday and you're only going to use it once, get it cheap. +Amazing spacing. This definitely used to be a Kmart or some sort. I was there for at least 20 minutes, and I still didn't touch 70% of the store. It's that big. Out of curiosity, I found one of these in my town and checked it out. No where near as large, this was triple the size. And I think it contributes to their store being much cleaner, less damage and rummaging done to it. Now you will have to endure certain things, like long lines and the occasional drama that people who dollar stores attract bring. But that is not a big deal for me, it is part of what you sign up for, when walking through these doors. So to all those giving low ratings because you're expectations weren't in check, I'm throwing in an extra star to off set yours. I know where I'm at and I'm comparing to what I've seen. It makes me feel like I'm being judged as if I'm not good enough to shop in their store and I hate that I leave the store feeling so negative. I usually shop at the Manteca location where the girls are a bit kinder and helpful. Today when I came in I kindly voiced my concerns in a reasonable tone and manner to Vanessa. She made no acknowledgement of my concerns and proceeded to process my transaction as if I had not said anything at all. I repeated myself and she continued to purposely ignore and make no acknowledgement of what I was saying. For this reason I will never shop here for my Esthetics supplies again. All I was looking for was acknowledgement that Cosmoprof doesn't typically have that standard of customer service- but was reminded again I'm not welcome here. As service providers, Beauty Industry workers do our best to make our clients feel welcome in our spaces. I would expect Cosmo Prof as a beauty supply store to do the same.

Every time I've visited this store, I'm immediately greeted by an enthusiastic employee who says hello and asks if I'm looking for anything in particular. I usually tell them no because I enjoy wandering around and browsing on my own. I found their new Café-inspired collection and fell in love with most of it! They only had one of the Café Wallflowers plugs left, so I picked that up along with one of the Café candles (which was on sale) and the matching car fragrance holder. The cashier mentioned that my purchase would likely earn me enough rewards points for a free item, and she was right! I really appreciated her letting me know because I had been eyeing one of their new lip oils with the adorable charms. I was able to redeem my rewards and get one for free. Now I'm just hoping I get a coupon soon so I can come back for the candle holder! One thing I really love about Bath & Body Works is that they have sinks available for customers to wash their hands. After smelling so many fragrances, it's easy to get scent overload, and it's nice to be able to wash everything off before leaving. Plus, it's a great opportunity to try one of their luxurious hand soaps. Thank you!

Amazing staff, great new summer fragrances, & products. & also some new stores in the area which I loved! My go to favorites are usually fruity scents or fresh scents like rainfall or ocean. Usually I don't splurge as much at B&W because sometimes it can be a tad expensive- but I did get my favorite 6/$10 sanitizers, 5/$27 handsomest, and almost got the smaller lotions but they were almost $20 now individually so I decided that was for another time lol. Some of my favorites though are: Island Margherita( sanitizer/handsoap), Pink Peach Blossom(handsoap), Chasing your Daydreams(handsoap), & Mahogany Teakwood(sanitizer). Love love love!
