Tons of great items that are absolutely bargains from cheap snacks, even liquid death cases! There's books, automotive, suitcases, bathroom, kitchen products and so much more. It's a newer store with tons of customers taking in this exciting new place but I will say one of my complaints is that me and my wife experienced lack of toilet paper in their restrooms. Not the cleanest store nor are they as humerously engaging like their Ohio stores. Wouldn't mind coming back again!

I'd been in a Big Lots (once before) in Joliet and found the prices to be quite reasonable, but the store kind of dingy and picked over. However, the minute I'd walked into the new Lockport location, I could see that this store was much lighter and better laid out as well. It simply "felt good" to shop there. Plenty of merchandise to cruise through and if you're not careful, you just may find yourself filling up your cart with things you didn't plan on buying beforehand but discover you can't afford to pass up! The employees are a delight to deal with, too, and I've never had a sour experience with any of them, even during the busy holiday season. I can actually say that I enjoy coming here and from time to time, find myself wandering in just to see what's new. Right now, holiday decorations are dramatically discounted, so I know I'll be heading back again real soon. You should, too!

They always do that once the customers entered their store, all of them are willing to help and assist their customers, also you can come to them anytime if you have something to ask or if you are looking for something around their store. Their store is always clean and bright, lots of decoration around the place, organized, and well-stocked. They always have great deals, promos, and even sale products. You can buy anything here at Big Lots without breaking your pockets and also save lots of money compared shopping to other stores. They are so affordable and maybe that is the reason why many of their customers are going back again and again. Lots of people really love their place and I am one of those people. Many grocery aisles which is great and the reason I go there. The aisles are a bit narrow but clear and the place feels a lot cleaner and more organized now. Also in response to the last review, there's employees all over the place now mostly high school kids it seems, but they are there facing the products and keeping the store tidy. Compared to other Big Lots I've been to, this one is my favorite because you never know what you will find here. The Big Lots in Bolingbrook doesn't have much of a selection and never seems to gain anything different. At this Big Lots you will find lots of organics / natural food brands, expensive (and now cheap) teas, tons of spices, and just an overall awesome grocery selection. The health and beauty section isn't much to speak of (I shop for organics/cruelty free stuff) but they have a lot of DVDs now near the customer service register so it's fun to look through all those. Also, the parking lot was finally re-striped a year ago or so, so it's no longer this weird free for all parking situation that was just weird before.

Customer service is definitely awesome here. Aside from that, they even sent me some goodies from their Halloween sale event in my last mailing! Definitely a great store. Friendly and far from judgmental or awkward like some stores. It's a smaller store, but you miss nothing here.
