    Dollar Tree in Lemoyne PA
    Bruce K.

I was looking for two specific items that I've sometimes found in other Dollar Tree stores. Neither were in stock today in the Lemoyne location when I visited on a weeknight in the week before Christmas. The store was busy and it showed. A queue of shoppers waiting at the register that was five deep, lots of product still in boxes on the floors and several shelves were empty. Maybe this store needs more help during the holiday season? [Review 10212 overall, 1799 of 2018.]

I sometimes shop at the Big Lots store in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania (off Simpson Ferry). I recall…read moresome generalized rudeness of one of the managers, a large gruff man. I remember buying some cat food and when I got to the register, he was standing near the cashier, who was trying to do her job. He piped up, loudly stating, "I don't know why people always come here to try to find a deal on cat food when they'd be better off going someplace like Tractor Supply!!" What? Who cares if one buys cat food or anything else at Big Lots. I found his demeanor not only rude but threatening and stupid. Honestly, that was one of the most ignorant statements that I've ever heard. I'm not sorry that Big Lots are closing stores. Goodbye and good riddance! (maybe I'll take my business to Tractor Supply).

Need a different pool and treated me very poorly. The manager was a complete and total dick to me and my son. Now he's upset because we have a pool and can't use it due to our yard being slightly uneven. Store discretion on returning it. Son was pretty much in tears. Thanks dude for ruining my sons weekend. Used to love shopping hear. But now. Mr baldy has given me a whole new perspective on big lot's customer service. I won't be shopping here anymore. Unless they want to resolve this issue. I'll just go buy off Amazon. Again be careful on what you buy because of the return policy they don't let you know about when it comes to specific items. Big lots sucks!!!

Service - excellent Location- excellent…read moreInventory - excellent Membership - terrible I work in foodservice as a cook. The places I work at buy from the restaurant store and are members. When you go there you can't put it on an account you have to pay. Now, you need to have a yearly membership card Instead of telling them where you work to receive the discount. The more that is bought the better the reward program, so most companies want you spending money because it helps them, the employee gets a perk, doesn't harm anyone ( you're paying). Today bill was $75. If I was a member it would have been $50. That's a big difference. When you go there the pricing advertised in 150 font is the member price and the 16 font price is nonmember. I looked over what I was purchasing and put back a majority of it because I know that Amazon has it. This is a losing situation for the company I work for, and for themselves. I want to support local business, please don't have policy that prevent that. I always loved coming there, but can't afford nonmember pricing or yearly member dues, when I can get from Amazon.
