Today my wife daughter and myself were shopping at this location. My wife decided to go upstairs…read moreand find some clothing for our children while I looked for a place to pay for my items. The spot that says customer check out had two ladies in line checking out so I walked over to the perfume section and asked the lady if she could ring me up because their was nobody at all at her register. All I had was two shirts and two pairs of pants. The woman takes a tone with me and says um no you can go over their and then had a sideways look for me like I was disrespectful for even asking then apologized to the lady that was just looking at items. It's been over 5 years since I have shopped at this location and was truthfully lost I just wanted to find my wife and daughter and not make them wait for me. My advice is if you don't want to serve the public if you can't say sorry you should reconsider where you work. You shouldn't make someone feel like a a$$ hole for asking if you could ring them up. The woman truthfully sucks at her job and was already defeated by the public by noon. I asked Kindly I even said mam could you please help me. And to be responded to like that is less than what anyone deserves. What a mean woman she truly is.

At first glimpse from the outside I wasn't too sure of the place, I drove around the facility and not much in the way of advertising what was inside other than the major department stores. I decided to stop in anyways and it had a nice variety of shops and the food court was your basic places that you would expect to be in a mall.

The bottom floor is pretty damn vacant, with the bargain bin store being the only thing of note on the far end, and honestly the top floor is too to an extent! had a very disappointing experience at the Tire Center…read more On December 8th, I came in for a tire repair and was told the tire could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. The Tire Center ordered the replacement tire themselves while they had my vehicle and tire, and scheduled an installation appointment. When I returned for the appointment, I received a call about 10 minutes after dropping off my car saying the wrong tire size was ordered, and that I supposedly gave the wrong information -- which is not accurate, as I did not order the tire. After that, I was told they could not even get the correct tire once they tried to reorder it. I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would receive two gift cards for the inconvenience. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, no one knew anything about that conversation. An employee went to find a manager, but after waiting several minutes while it was snowing -- and with my car on a spare tire -- I could not safely continue waiting. I was then told they would need to call another manager, the same one who previously mentioned "gas money or a gift card." The entire situation was unprofessional and poorly communicated, with no accountability and no management follow-up. I am not looking to leave Sam's Club or switch clubs, but this experience needs to be handled much better.
