If you've ever watched A&E's Hoarders that is what this place is... it is a dumpster of of closed unknown merchandise, you have to get a worker to see what's in every box, that's a task in itself. On top of that the bigger furniture pieces like consoles, lawnmowers, lawn furniture... the owner is charging more than it would be at a Marshall's or TJ Maxx... $300 for a lawnmower, $350 for a console (just check out FB Marketplace). Why they aren't opening the boxes as they come in and categorizing which table they'd belong is beyond my understanding. I also don't understand why there isn't prices on the furniture, seems as if they are haggling, giving different prices to different ppl. Needless to say I won't be back. Don't make the hike to check this place out I'm sure you'll pass better stores.

Harlem. All the workers now pretend do not understand the English language when asked "WHERE IS LORI". Other patrons were as concerned as I was because Lori was the best Customer Service person they had. She was so nice and personable. The manager is the total opposite of Lori. THEY NEED TO BRING LORI BACK. I will be contacting the corporate office about the letting go of Lori. Rumors go around and they are all lies. Lori was the best. I might be a petition started. If it`s marked down, that means the item is on it`s way out the door! I made the mistake of buying a sirloin steak with a "reduced" sticker on it and the very next day, the steak was completely rancid & reeked. Any items on sale in the deli dept -clearly almost expired. I have had rude service from deli clerks and another that can not speak English. I have never seen people cleaning in the deli dept. as well. As soon as you walk into this grocery store you can smell rancid meat. The produce employees and cashiers are very nice people, however the husband and wife that own this facility are very ruthless and uncaring people. I was also warned by someone who has lived down the street from this store for over 20 years to be careful of my purchases there! My advice is if you have a car; go someplace else!!

I have frequented this place numerous times and have had the blessing of seeing it grow, rearrange and expand. Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

I like to patronize local businesses. Esp, Salvation Army and Goodwill. The cashier who I can only identify as the only African American cashier on staff during my visit, no name tag visible. The rest were hispanic men and women. I was in line, the woman in front of me from what I gathered did not have enough money for her tab and it had to be cancelled by another associate. To which said associate had to make some ignorant comments about. So I made sure to step back cause she appeared to be in a huff about it. She and the other worker walked away after this, neither saying "we'll be back to cash you out", nothing. But that's fine, I can wait. So the cashier comes back and she's talking to another customer and is ready to take care of her. Which was nice but I am next in line. I was standing right there. My items on the counter. So I slide over directly in front of her and she says nothing to me, but makes sure to roll her eyes and suck her teeth at me. All the while, looking at the other customer, as though to suggest the audacity I have of cutting in front of her. So with that attitude not needed. I gave her back the items and said "you can take this back and you can keep your attitude. I did not come in here for this." Sadly, I let her get the best of me in that moment in front of my children. There are a lot of nice things in the store and priced reasonably. But I will not go back in there if I see her. The other workers there were really nice. It was my first time there but she ruined this experience. Maybe she should work in back where she doesn't have to interact with the customers with that attitude.

To get approached by the another cashier with attitude demanding my service dogs papers. I was taking him out the cart already and leaving while my partner was about pay. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! These people are miserable.
