The owners, a husband-and-wife team, were incredibly polite and helpful. I found a Cuban link pavé necklace there that I had previously seen at Pandora for $495, and I was able to get a very similar necklace plus two bracelets for under $100--an amazing deal. I did check out a few other stores, but the customer service elsewhere wasn't as impressive. Overall though, I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
