I've been to Daiso in Seattle and it seemed that they had a lot more merchandise there. I liked the aisles with the food. I was happy to find some items that they don't carry at the local Asian stores. When we were ready to check out, there were 3 people ahead of us and a line forming behind us. There were no employees at the registers and the self checkout registers had error messages so they couldn't be used. My husband found an employee who was restocking the shelves. Lol, my husband said that the employee didn't seem happy that he had to go up front. While the employee was ringing up the items, his coworkers started arriving. He mentioned to them that he was getting ready to clock out... no wonder he didn't seem happy. A different coworker came up front and cleared the error messages on the self checkout registers which made the line move quickly.

They claim to be a Dollar Store but 99% of there items are over $ 1.00 (Prices are not to far from your regular stores) 2. Aisles seem to be very narrow and you are bumping with others. (LOL Bumper Cars ) 3. They only had two open registers on opening date. (what a bummer) 4. The cashiers were repeatedly calling the store manager for voids, because there are not aloud to make them on there own. (That backed up the line even more) 5. I find the saving are close to $ o.oo They only positive thing I can say is that the cashier that attended me was very nice to the customers even though everyone was very upset for being in the line for such a long period of time. Overall this locations m is very convent. I spend most of my time here because it's more of a one stop shop for me and it's located right by my BFs house. Oh and they also have an MD now !
