BELOW AVERAGE...This used to be the best Dollar Tree in the valley and now it's potentially the worst. The store is unorganized and the lines are way too long for a dollar store. Why is there only one register open? Dollar Tree has lost some of its charm as hardly anything is just $1. The area has gone down so unfortunately the store is a bit affected. I feel the woman in her 60s working the register has checked out and mentally gone home. She's not very friendly and is just there to grab a check. As for selection, this store specializes in cheap party supplies and picnic fare. I only came in here to get cash back. read more

One of the cashiers Teresa was rude ,after I put my stuff on the counter then she told me she was closed,then when I was at the other cashier just opening because she was leaving for break or lunch she tried to explain ,theirs always one cashier open and long lines ,not a warm welcome in here. read more

This is the only dollar store I don't mind shopping at. They actually carried some useful stuff I needed for a home diy project consisting of paint sponge rollers, brushes, drop cloth and paint tape. This store is kept very clean and organized. There is also storefront parking. read more

This dollar store has the worst customer service, if there is 10 people in line they still won't open another line. I seen some people just put there stuff down and walk out. So if you do go here, make sure you have no plans because you'll be here awhile. The sad thing is that the manager will just sit back and watch waiting to fill balloons. There are always people begging for money or hustling around this area. There are people loitering outside. EXTREMELY dirty and messy. Poor service. Save yourself from this place. This store is a nightmare. Dirty, dirty, dirty. The parking lot itself is a nightmare. Not even worth the trip to the store. The employees are not bad, so that is what earned the second star. Otherwise I'd give this store less. I'd recommend shopping the Hemet location on Sanderson near the Hemet Wal-Mart. You can actually walk through the aisles without stepping on merchandise on the floor. I don't like to "dig" for things I'm looking for. Yuck. read more

This dollar tree is much more cleaner and organized than the other stores in Hemet. Although its much more smaller, they still had what I was looking for. I went to buy some water stuff for Sunday, I know I spent like 10 bucks like 2 water guns 2 water crayons anda packet of little water balls. I mean nomore than 10 bucks. I check my account days later like I usually do they charge me 34 dollars. Like wtf. read more

I was in there today, and the cashier wasn't wearing a mask or gloves in the middle of this pandemic, so I called her on it. She was a small woman, with straight dark hair, and hispanic. I asked her why she didn't have a mask on for everyone's protection, and she had no answer. Then I asked her if she had kids, and she said that she had 3. So, I asked her how she could, with a good conscience, take the risk home to her children!! She told me that she didn't want to hear it. This store is filthy, the parking lot is a nightmare, and the help just doesn't care. And, in addition to that, she rang up my stuff, and came up with $34+ worth of items, when there only 11 items. I called her on it, and she corrected it. But, if I hadn't been observant, I would have paid the $34+ !!! My advice is to not go there, but if you have to go. Honestly I'd rather go to any other dollar store in town than this one. I asked a question to the cashier and got a quick "idc about what you have to say" answer. Didn't even want to ask anything else because I felt it wasn't even worth it I would just go pay more at Walgreens! This place needs to tell their staff to smile and be nicer to people. read more

Who doesn't like a bargain I find great deals here but I hate to admit the customer service is horrible. I go to ask for help the guy rolls his eyes I felt like I was such a bother, across the store I can hear an employee yelling at kids not to play with toys I understand they don't want kids touching toys which is hard, and that parents should be supervising but for employees to yell loud enough for me to hear at the other side of the store that's unacceptable. I had to give a 3 star rating because the liquid plumbers I bought were open and spilled all over my items and my shoes. Some idiots decided to be funny and open the lids. The cashier was accommodating and gave me paper towel to wipe my infected hand. The good thing is my hand is not burning. This place usually has good things. Today I went into your store and bought four Father's Day cards one needed to be exchanged and the next cashier Christine, a Caucasian woman about 5'9 in height with red hair, not only gave me rude customer service but also had an entire line of people behind me. As a cashier I would like to express my concern about how rude she was and that only after did I mention that I am and was a cashier did she call to have another cashier open. This is THE dirtiest store I have ever been in. Liquids spilled on the carpet and black from not being cleaned up, garbage down every isle and items pulled off shelves and just thrown down. I will stick with the one in Valle Vista, it's almost immaculate! read more

This store sucks. The cashiers are rude. There's a young girl that works there (dark straight hair with glasses) doesn't wear a name badge so couldn't tell you her name, she doesn't say Hello or one word to you the whole time. I've said thank you when she hands me my receipt and she's never said one word to me. I have heard her talking though so I know she's physically able to talk.
