The line was 6-8 people long. When I spoke to a manager passing by she said the returns needed to be done through the check out line. And that's how it was in most stores. I asked about how and why -- because this is clearly labeled CUSTOMER SERVICE and the open light was on, she basically said it didn't mean anything. What??? Selection is basic (someone in another review compared it to Aldi's, but it's not as organized as Aldi's), though with a lot of name brands. Everything is pre-packaged; no bulk items (save candy) and limited selection of those. However, to the good, there were surprises: they've got a decent amount of sugar-free, organic, & international items (chorizo!), the produce section was well-stocked & fresh, and they had a lot of local/ohio-made items. The biggest "to the good" was the pricing: it was easily MUCH cheaper than Kroger's. So if you don't mind a bit of disorganization, definitely give this place a try!

A cookpot big enough to feed a family of 10? Yep. Hey, you know those plastic trays you get raw veggies for parties in at Kroger? Yeah, they have them, in all shapes and sizes. For $1. Most things are a dollar, though some are more, even closer to average prices. But you will find great deals in general. Not as much penny candy as I hope for at discount stores, or as much food in general, but a ton of household items, clothes, etc. I ended up with a box of chocolate-topped butter cookies, the ones you pay $3-4 for at a grocery store. I love the display and that it is easy to see all the shoes so well. Love the clearance selection and everything is always clean and well organized.
