There is a small grocery section that carries a lot of brand names, as well as some generic stuff. No fresh stuff. The frozen area is where I buy a lot of single serve items for my mother in law. She loves the fact that they are easy to heat, tasty, not overly large items. She love the Jimmy Dean sausage pancake sandwiches - just toss in the microwave and she has a happy breakfast.
