At the new location, however, prices have increased substantially. There are no longer shirts available for a dollar or two, and everything else seems to be much more expensive. In addition, it was frustrating having to go through the shirts one by one to find the right size. Nothing was organized. That said, if you're looking for prices that are still lower than those at corporate retail stores, this may be the place for you. Personally, I'd rather pay a few more dollars and buy new shirts, pants, etc. I miss the old Wabisabi.

NEW LOCATION REVIEW 198 E Center St, Moab, UT 84532…read moreWe have been touring the area and go to as many thrift stores on our route and happened upon this shop as it originally did not populate when we searched for thrift stores in town. Happy to have stumbled upon it on our last morning in town. This location is in its opening stages when we visited so there is very little signage and organization at this time. There is plenty of women's clothes to choose from and my SO found the small men's section very rewarding. Clothes appear to be priced based on type of article (short-sleeve, long-sleeve, pants, etc.). I found the pants selection to be nice, jackets and coats lacking for a winter town but also... it could be different next week! That's the fun of thrift stores, you don't know what you'll find or when.

The lady proceeded to say "oh sorry you can't return this unless you get instore credit only-no cash back" Even though I never left the check stan. THIS IS SO STUPID!

I want the new owners to know how insulting it is to walk into a once nice thrift store and find it dirty. This was a very nice store with very nice displays and great pricing. I don't understand why someone would buy a thriving classy business, and then change it this way. There are plenty of other thrift stores in this town that have the cheap dirty crap. I will cherish the memories of a once nice store but I won't come back. If I wanted a Goodwill Experience I would go to Goodwill.

I am surprised by the positive reviews here, as my experience was quite different…read more The shop is significantly overpriced, and the clothing selection didn't seem particularly impressive compared to other local options--the Goodwill in Montrose offers better items at much more reasonable prices. Also, there was a noticeable "musty" odor throughout the store, which made it hard to browse comfortably. Customer service also felt lacking. Upon entering, the owner made eye contact with me while speaking to someone else, but didn't offer a greeting. When he finished his conversation, he immediately greeted another customer instead. Even when I passed him again on my way out, he didn't acknowledge me. A warmer, more inclusive welcome would go a long way for a small business.
