I also choose the dollar store if I need to pick up a couple of Mylar balloons for a birthday. I think its been the need for balloons that has brought me to this particular dollar store more often than not. Recently, I went in to pick up a few balloons for my grandmother's birthday. My whole family showers my grandmother with flowers, so I decided to stand out and give her some perfectly silly and garish balloons. The lady who helped me here decided to barely acknowledge me when I approached the counter, due to her engaging and colorful phone conversation. The whole time she was helping me; from getting the balloons, blowing them up and ringing me up; she stayed on the phone, yelling into the receiver at some poor soul. I don't ask for much, but I do ask for some acknowledgment and a (doesn't have to be sincere) thank you if I'm patronizing your store. Sorry, lady but there are plenty of other dollar stores in my strip mall infested community that I rather now go to if I need some cheap balloons and other dollar deals.

It does seem fairly organized and I saw other staffers front loading shelves to make sure items were on the forefront after folks grabbed items off of the shelves earlier. I had no idea that there were so many discounted Korean beauty products. There are several brands here that I'm familiar with and use. I grab some toner moisturizer pads as well as a ampule container. Let's hope they're effective, hopeful since there reputable products from Korea. Prices are pretty reasonable as well. I found some Lucky brand and Nichole Miller jeans, but the button up Nicole Miller jeans were so tight to get the buttons out to even try them on. I gave up after the third or fourth button. There's five or six buttons to get the jeans on and off, not gonna be dealing with this headache. I didn't end up trying them on, since it was such a pain and hard to get the buttons undone to even try them on. I was able to find some Baileys Irish cream, Keurig cake cups for my mother and some boxers for my husband, along with the Korean beauty products. I didn't have the patience or interest to go thumb through all their clothes, to see if there's anything else I might be able to purchase. It's not like I need anything. Only cost me just under $60, not too bad.

Two males began to follow us around the store while pretending to be on the phone but keeping an eye on us to make sure we weren't going to steal something. We left our items at the checkout and left, because the second we get it the line, they follow us into the line. But had nothing in hand for themselves to purchase. TJ MAXX do better, its 2026. I needed a card for my parents' upcoming anniversary, and Dollar Tree usually has $1 cards or even 50c ones. I found a nice one for 50c. They also had some Thanksgiving and Christmas cards, since it's now early November, and I also bought a Thanksgiving card for a friend. The store did look a little messy but it was 5 or 530pm that day, so that could be why. Checkout was fast though and the cashier was friendly. Overall I'd come back here if I needed a card or another inexpensive item.

It still has its CVS and pizza hut food stand along with the Starbucks which others have lost. But the space is so limited that where others have a section it has just part of a row. Service has always been friendly and fast. I drive past here most evenings after work, but still go to others on my days off. Too nice of a neighborhood for a sucky Target. If it was for my COVID booster appointment, I would have not come.
