She agreed to hold the jacket for an hour until my friend could give me her opinion. After returning prior to the hour being up prepared to purchase the item. I asked about the return policy as any informed costumer should. I was told another costumer walked in after me wanting the exact item I did. If I planned on returning the coat she'd prefer to sell it to the other lady. I completely respect an owner wanting to make a sale.
