The store manager, Jenn, who has no business being in retail let alone a manager, was beyond rude and denied the return. When I called the complaint number on the receipt I got Ericka who couldn't have cared less. There are no extenuating circumstances. Mind you, we are talking an EXCHANGE for about $15 on a $100 tab. So a quick google search reveled that Rebel Ice Cream is a company that produces keto friend ice cream AND they offer Butter Pecan flavor as an option!!! OMG!!! So then I look to identify the grocery stores that have it near me and the closest one just happened to be Martin's (was over an hour away - coming from DC). I told my husband and he was game so we commenced to begin our hour+ trip to Martin's. Now, I must say that Martin's would've never been on our radar. We had never heard of it until that night and it's no where close to our home, but a little after midnight one night, we found ourself in the middle of Martin's perusing through their aisles. We were on a mission that night, so our experience at Martin's was limited to searching for the ice cream aisle, but while there we noticed that the facility was extremely clean and very well organized. We were in-and-out in less than 10 minutes. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The Butter Pecan ice cream was well worth the 2+ hour drive and I have Martin's to thank for helping me with my late night craving and me not cheating on my diet!
