Do not spend black dollars here just because they hire black people. They keep black employees at register.

#racial-abuse, #racial-profiling, #racist-asians, #racist-hispanics I have been to this store a few times since I moved to the Bay. Almost every single time I have shopped here the staff have racially profiled me. The only reason I continued to shop here is because it was the closest Dollar Tree to my home. I am forewarning African Americans that the manager and (non-black) employees will stalk, harass, and try to intimidate you while you shop. You will notice that White, Asian, and Hispanic shoppers are allowed to freely shop unaccosted; they are welcomed in the store. YOU are not wanted here. To be treated with basic respect and dignity make the trip to another Dollar Tree or shop at an entirely different company where you will not be dehumanized. On Memorial Day they were so aggressive, persistent, excessive that other shoppers began to stare at the staff and I. It looked as if at any moment they were going to pounce on me. I felt scared, intimidated, and eventually decided to leave my kart full of items in the middle of the store and walked out the front door. I went to another store to spend my money. I would have purchased the kart full of items but why support a business that has terrorized me every time I have shopped there. Paying only $1 is a great bargain but not at the cost of my self-respect. Something none of these employees have. I am tired of dealing with racist Asians and Hispanics. It is not white people I have experienced racism since I moved here, it is from other minorities in this city. I regret moving to the Bay so far because of how racist Asians and Hispanics are here. I was wearing skin tight yoga pants, a form fitted shirt, with a small purse only big enough to fit loose money and debit cards. I literally could not hide something even if I had wanted to. If you are African American no matter what you are wearing, your status in life, how much money you have in your bank account-  the staff at this store with the support of their manager are going to commit racial abuse and harassment towards you. When you come into the store by default they will intimidate you not because you are a thief but because they do not want you to shop here. They purposely try to make you feel so uncomfortable that you will not return. It would be easier to put a "no  blacks" sign in front of the store. They will hire blacks to exploit them for cheap labor and only allow them to work in front of the store to keep an eye on them; in case they steal. While they allow hispanic and asian employees to patrol the store harassing African Americans. It is sickening. It seems based on other reviews of this store it is poorly run in general and should be shut down. Good Riddens!

Dirty Floors!!!

OMG! Another day in this Dollar Tree world. I can't believe how bad the management is at this store. It's really disgusting! I keep giving this location so many chances, but they just don't match up to the other Dollar Tree stores in California. 1. Store is dirty 2. Some of the cashiers are rude (not all) 3. I can't believe that at 1:10pm that the manager would not step in to assist $ dwindle down a line that had 12 people waiting. This is f@&king ridiculous! 4. Shelves aren't stocked well 5. Big turnover of employees at this store. Maybe they should be trained by the staff from the Serramonte location.

Am I dressed inappropriately for the $1 store???

Extremely dirty, very poor inventory and they now sell items for $5 which shouldn't be more than $1.

I scored a few 7 ounce bags of ground coffee, a 100 tablet thing of antihistamine, and some cool stationery supplies.

Many different items inside from candles to napkins, make up to picture frames, snacks to drinks, utensils to small gifts. Before coming in here today, I drove around SF & Daly City looking to buy helium for balloons. My cousin couldn't find any for her daughters birthday which was in an hour!! Walmart was sold out. Target was closed. I had called Home Depot, it was said they have them in stock, went there and none to be found. Started googling, and this store popped up. I called and asked if they have HELIUM TANKS FOR SALE TO BLOW UP BALLONS, the girl who answered the phone said yes they sell helium tanks, a tank for $8, bigger tanks are more. So of course I drove there. Went in and said told them I just called, can I see the tanks, and the girl (in a hijab) showed me a helium tank. THEIR helium tank that they use to blow up their balloons for sale. I said thanks and left. Did a lot of texting with my cousins and she was at Lucky's down the street. She waited FOREVER, so she asked me to bring the balloons back here and get them blown up. Each ballon was $3, we had 26, total $85 (+tax) They also have balloons for sale, they have a huge variety of balloons taped top of the wall for you to choose from, and guess what? They're $3/ea! Not $1.50 or less. I'm grateful they were open, esp on this holiday where stores were closed. Both girls were really nice and patient. I felt kind of bad because their line was getting long, and I was holding up the line because I was getting many balloons blown up.

I told him I did not open anything , it was already outside of the bag. I told him to check their camera to prove it. He started talking in Spanish with his other co worker. This makes me feel bad.I hope that the owner would read this. Because this is bad customer service. This is harassment. This place is going down due the bad service.
