Advantages of BJ's: closest to my house, fresh cut deli meats and cheese counter, stays open later, digital coupons, great mobile app, great gas prices especially with the credit card, decent selection and pricing of items I cant find at the other 2 clubs. Our location does not have a tire center but theit location at Millenia does if I need it. Sadly, they do not have a food court anymore. Years ago, they did but then had a failed experiment replacing them with Dunkin Donuts. Prices for Dunkin were the same price as the local Dunkins outside of the club so it really didnt make sense plus I think they had a limited menu. I miss having the hot foods food court. Now the space is used for storing online pickup orders. My hubby loves the blueberry muffins from the bakery here and my son loves their little cornbread cakes. We aren't fans of their croissants though. Their mobile app is awesome. It even tells you if coupons are available if you forget to add them first. You can quickly see the latest gas prices at the top of the page. The gas station is a bit of a mess with the layout because they only have 1 opening and people tend to block it. Occasionally, they will come out of the booth and guide people to move up but that depends on who is working. I've really only seen that happen when the older guy is working. Glad we have a BJs close by.

They offered a great selection of travel luggage, and I was happy I found a luggage that I was looking for. I was able to get a hard shell case at a decent price. Shoe section was lacking and also the clothing area. Few items were in sale with the yellow tags. Great selection of furniture and house ware decor. I called in the morning and the employee found the pair I wanted and held it up front for me. When we got there she asked if I wanted my son to try it on and I'm so glad he did because the sizing for this line of Nike's were a different fit than the ones I normally buy him so we switched it out for a different pair. She was very kind and personable. She was so sweet with my little guy and had a great smile. It was a great experience. I'll go out of my way for this location in the future. My only complaint is online they had a pair of shoes marked cheaper than their in store price. I was told they'd price match for me... but I just find it sneaky they advertise a cheaper price online and have store shoppers who didn't look at the shoes online first pay a higher price... So if you plan on getting a pair of shoes just look on their website first to assure getting the best price!

This was at 10:25 PM, even though the store closes at 11:30. When my wife asked the front staff about restroom hours, they seemed surprised by what happened. We've been shopping at this Ross for over 10 years, and this was by far the worst customer service we've experienced. Please address this, as it was completely unacceptable.
