went into family dollar in bath maine today to do some Christmas shopping for our 9 grandchildren…read more there were signs posted all along the toy section that said toys $5.00 and more are buy 1 and get 50% off the second one. we put a LOT of toys in that cart. we went to check out and all of the toys were ringing up full price. when I mentioned it to the cashier (Erin) her name tag said, she very loud and extremely rudely told me that the sale for the toys was last week. so I told her that sale price was tagged all along the toy isle. she told me I was a liar and I told her to go look at the shelf tags. she refused. she told me " customers like you are stupid". so I told her merry Christmas and I left my cart at the check out and left. that line was so long and I was so embarrassed. when I got home I called to speak with someone about the whole thing and (Erin) was the one who answered the phone and she refused to let me speak with anyone else when I told her I wanted to speak to someone about (ERIN), she said that " this is erin" and " tough shit for you, you ain't talking to anyone else". let me tell you that I will NEVER go into that store again and they lost about $200.00 from us today and anything I would have spent in the future.
