There were good items. I bought some things but the high ticket items that everybody wants a very difficult to get. I have yet to get the things I really would love. Recently, I came back, I've been trying to get a specific item because I really need it and it's pretty expensive but even though they have about seven or eight of them, I never seem to be able to grab it quick enough or people won't let me in to where the bins are and so I miss out. Meanwhile, I'm bringing a lot of boxes to be opened in a huge amount of stuff is broken damaged or doesn't work it's really disgusting when they open a package and it's very visibly used. Today they opened a small vacuum and I ended up getting dirt from it all over the place. If you're reading this at your deciding whether to come just know that it's extremely important. Did you have them open the boxes because it isn't always what it shows on the box and electronic items or items that breakable are probably broken but not always. I travel over an hour to get here and have to pay toll fees and gas, unless they start getting items that are not used and broken. I'm probably not going to come back. There's gotta be another bin store closer that has items that aren't broken

Because I urgently needed to use the restroom, I continued shopping and went to check out. There was a long line of customers with only one cashier, so the wait was quite long. When I finally reached the register, I spoke with Elizabeth and asked if the restrooms were actually out of order. She kindly and politely confirmed that they were working and immediately helped me gain access to the restroom. I want to recognize Elizabeth for her professionalism and willingness to help. However, the earlier interaction was disappointing. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand how important customer experience and accurate communication are. She dealt with the long ass lines with no complaining from her and from us waiting 20-30 minutes in line. So I deal with medical migraines and that heat was unbearable and I felt light headed the entire time I was there.
