The supervisor tried to help, but it was to no avail. She told me that someone would give me a call. I had to give her my information. Why could she have not done a void after. It's been over a year and I have not received my refund of $10.81. I called Ross customer service, but they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. The agent on the phone was very belligerent. As we walked in, we aren't greeted rather we were stared at by the cashiers and customers that were being checked out. (Though, everyone else who walked in was greeted, "Welcome to Burke's Outlet!") Also, throughout our shopping whether it was browsing the earrings, clothing, or changing out in the dressing room, there was an announcement on the intercom about if customers ever feel uncomfortable to notify the cashiers, and even when I was testing out a purse by placing my belongings in the purse, there was an announcement regarding that, "concealing accessories were against the law". I for one wasn't doing anything wrong while shopping, but there were two young boys who were. One was skateboarding in the store, even had the audacity to confront one of the store associates if he was "being an inconvenience" and the lady said, "what was inconvenience mean?" So, the boy said, "am I being bad?" and the lady responded with a NO. However, when my sister and I was shopping in the store. All of the associates treated us like we shouldn't have been there. While we were looking at the soaps, one of the associates rudely reached over us without saying excuse her..how rude! I guess she never was taught manners. In Deer Park, I guess it isn't normal to see any other race than white, Caucasian. On top of that, the ladies restroom was beyond disgusting! It smelled like raw poop like baby's poop which was very nasty to endure while using the restroom. I did spot a really cute purse here, but after the associates suspected that I was shoplifting. I didn't purchase it. It wasn't worth it. My whole experience was horrible and I never will return to this store. I wouldn't advise anybody who isn't Caucasian to visit this store; the store associates are beyond racist and rude. I will take my further business to the location in Seabrook instead.

They have baby shower supplies, balloons, wrapping paper and bows, bags of all shapes and sizes, all kinds of party necessities like napkins, plates, cups, bags, table cloths, etc. They have never failed me, and it's CHEAP. Forget Party City. The only drawback is that you have to look at the packages to make sure the count listed is actually there (ex. "8 count" plates I've gotten before only had 4 or 6; "12 count" bags have had only 11, etc). It's not that all items are this way, just some of them, so be sure to actually look at the plates from the side and make sure. Also don't think I had luck finding good picture frames and went next door to Dollar Tree for those.
