This is the place to go for Victorian antiques, furniture, old skeleton keys, door knobs (she had beautiful glass ones for a great price), Christmas decor, china, a beautiful vintage lace dress, and so much more. She even sells Avon and has a funky clothing, jewelry and purse boutique inside owned by another kind woman. We walked away with a beautiful Victorian painting in an ornate gold frame, a distressed floral wall hanging, two vintage Avon cologne bottles and an old vanity hairbrush and mirror set! You can stay parked right there and walk around the block which also houses Goose Creek Emporium, Cork Grinders and Dirty Bay Beer Company.

The supervisor tried to help, but it was to no avail. She told me that someone would give me a call. I had to give her my information. Why could she have not done a void after. It's been over a year and I have not received my refund of $10.81. I called Ross customer service, but they were very unpleasant and unhelpful. The agent on the phone was very belligerent. She hanged up the phone. I need them to issue my refund this is stealing.

By far the only "bad" thing is the wait time in the line, but that is because it is mostly super busy because everyone loves shopping at Ross apparently! That is obviously not the workers fault. I always leave happy and wanting to come back. Ross is my comfort place. An honorable mention to the managers working to make business happen, I always overhear them working to take care of the customer. I don't usually visit this specific baytown store, but I will from now on!
