Disappointed!!…read more After waiting nine weeks for delivery of my new bedroom furniture - I am disappointed in what was delivered. Quite frankly, I'm also angry. I paid $6500 - on sale - for a 3 piece bedroom set. A bed, a long dresser, and a nightstand. While it seems sturdy and looks lovely at first glance - I was delivered furniture full of insects holes! There are holes from wood boring beetles throughout my furniture. Across the top of dresser and on the sides, across the front on the drawers, on the top of nightstand and sides, on the headboard and footboard, and so on. Every piece that was used to make my bedroom set is damaged from bugs. Also, there is missing stain on the headboard. If I don't keep decorative pillows propped up, it is noticeable. I am so disappointed and feel that I overpaid for what was delivered. I was really looking forward to this set. It was to be the nicest bedroom set I've ever owned. I just moved and didn't move my old set - so I had my mattress/boxspring on the floor for nine weeks and lived out of boxes while waiting for delivery. It was uncomfortable and inconvenient but I thought it would be worth it once my new set was delivered. Then I was delivered a set with obvious evidence of wood boring insect damage. How sturdy is this furniture after it's been infested with wood boring insects?! Wood boring beetles cause disintegration of wood over time. The holes on the outside of the wood are from adult wood boring beetles but the major damage is done by the larvae that bore into the wood, tunneling through and feeding on the wood. The majority of the damage from these insects is in the inside of the wood. Unseen until your furniture starts to disintegrate. The set was custom made. You pick the color and it is stained for you. The wait is so long because you wait for your set to be made. They made my bed with wood that had evidence of insect damage! Was it made with the insects still in the wood?! Where is the attention to detail?! Especially when there is missing stain in a noticeable place. How can this store charge this kind of money for furniture that has insect damage?! That is not what was expected when talk of natural look of wood or natural imperfections in wood were mentioned. I thought I was purchasing quality furniture when I chose Verbarg's for my bedroom furniture. I am disappointed that my bedroom set was delivered with obvious insect damage. Additionally, I am angry that I paid as much as I did for furniture that is not up to par with what the showroom depicts. Make sure that you inspect you furniture closely when it's delivered.

I saw a bed that I liked and I took a picture of it and came home and showed it to my wife (it is a 50th Anniversary present), and she liked it so we purchased it! It would flow much better if those were together. On top of that, there have been food packages sitting out, the ordering kiosk wasn't working one day, and overall the store feels unorganized. The staff hasn't been very friendly either, which may reflect how things are being managed. My kitchen and bath dealership in Xenia OH has used Professional Furniture Services for about 20…read moreyears. Sometimes in my business, we get a damaged or flawed cabinet. We give our clients the option to wait for a new replacement or get it touched up. Many, if not most of them, opt for the touch up option. Professional Furniture Services does an amazing job....even with painted cabinets. We had one cabinet delivered that had a 2ft gouge down the length of a tall oven cabinet. After PFS was done repairing it, you couldn't tell where the gouge was originally. Another job, the front frame left rail tapered down from 1.5" to about1.25....which left a horrible 1/4" gap at the bottom. The cabinet was 8ft wide and would be very expensive to replace plus delay the job weeks. PFS came out and used wood fill and color matched the paint perfectly!!!! To the previous review that complained about their pricing? Most service places have a minimum charge per visit. I think PFS prices are cheap for what they do. They are TRUE ARTISTS. I am so grateful for the services they provide to us. Not sure what I would do without them. Not any painter or carpenter have the skills to do what they do. I highly recommend Professional Furniture Services!!!! AAAA+++++

She just looked at me, so I asked if I could get 2 Kodiaks. She didn't say a word, just turned and walked away to go get it. When she came back, she scanned them herself, so I thanked her, and once again, she just walked away, then went back over to the podium thing they stand at, and continued talking to the other younger male employee that was standing there, too. It really feels like you can find just about anything you might need in a pinch. This is where I do most of my day to day grocery shopping. The produce section is consistently good and the vegetables are always fresh. I also end up stopping here for a lot of quick trips. Sometimes I'll run in for popcorn and candy for a movie night, or grab an easy dinner from the sushi counter and pick up a pint of ice cream to go with it. I will say the sushi is a bit overpriced for the portion size, and you'll probably get a better value at Jungle Jim's. That said, Kroger sometimes discounts the sushi later in the day, which can be a good option just less fresh. They also occasionally have a small discounted produce section with older vegetables marked down. It's a nice idea and I love the concept of reducing food waste, but the section is pretty small and not always stocked. I'd love to see that expanded. Parking can occasionally be a bit of a nightmare depending on the time of day, but other than that it's a really convenient store. My only other wish is that they stayed open later. Overall, it's a solid place for both weekly grocery runs and quick last minute stops.

I've moved back to the area and needed to stop in here today. It wasn't busy at all and I found what I needed quickly and was on my way. The inside of this store hasn't been remodeled in years and it shows. The parking lot is filthy. There's a lot of garbage and giant pot holes. And nearly every cart corral that I saw was busted. It's obvious that corporate has forgotten about this Walmart. It's a shame because the people in that area need that store and deserve it to be remodeled and the parking lot safe. And the workers deserve a better store too.
