This little antique "mall" is a fun stop if you enjoy browsing vintage finds. It's actually made up…read moreof two separate stores with two different entrances. There's a lot of vintage collectibles along with a smaller selection of newer items scattered throughout, plus some handmade crafts. Everything was very organized, which made it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. There's even a bit of furniture mixed in with the smaller pieces. Some things are a little on the pricey side, but many of the items feel worth it for the uniqueness and quality. It's definitely the kind of place where you could find a small gift or a fun little trinket to take home. The people working when I visited were also very friendly. The building itself is interesting too. It used to be a savings and loan bank, and the space still has a neat, historic feel to it. Overall, it's a charming spot to browse if you like unique little treasures.

Room after room is filled with merchandise from local craftsmen and kitchens. Anything imaginable is in stock here, from furniture to pottery, art, greeting cards and canned jams. Mercantile Mall is well-organized and filled to the brim with stuff. Rooms intertwine with one another and even expand into the building next door. Need help? The clerks here are super friendly; they greeted me right when I came in the front door and told me about their shop. While I didn't find anything for myself, there were plenty of gifts that are perfect for my mother. I could see her coming with friends to Old Milford and having a day here. If you're looking for a unique gift with some local roots, consider shopping at Mercantile Mall.

Woo hoo we hit the mother load of a sale at this St Vincent de Paul store. I love, love, love…read morethrifting and I love to style clothes the way I want them on me. I am 65 and by golly I earned it! It is too much fun going thrifting because you never know what you will find. The prices are always good in my opinion, definitely better than Goodwill but on this day anything with a red barb was 1.49 with 50% off, yep you read that right, I got clothes for 75 cents! We were in the store several hours and also went to the next parking lot to also shop their home decor, vases, furniture, toys and the like as they bought an old big lots and turned it into this part of their business. I purchased clothes, jewelry, shoes, and purses on this day. I also had a great time with my girlfriend combing through all of the goods and she found a lot of great items also including clothes, home decor, vases, and things for her garden. I will definitely be stopping back in this thrift to see what other great finds we come up with.

I used to absolutely love digging through this thrift store. It was honestly one of my favorite…read moreplaces around the Cincinnati area to hunt for treasures. Recently they purchased another building and split the store into two sections, keeping home goods in one building and clothing in the other. At first that sounded like a wonderful idea, and I was excited to see how it would turn out. Unfortunately, the expansion hasn't quite had the effect I hoped for. While the space is larger now, it almost feels like it just created more space for junk. When everything was in one building, it felt like there were more hidden gems to uncover. Now it often feels pretty picked over, and a lot of what's left is broken items and random stuff. That said, the store does have a lot of variety. There are clearly organized sections with plenty to browse. The holiday area is huge, with large Christmas, Halloween, and Thanksgiving sections. There's also a big selection of wall art and picture frames, plus a dedicated kitchen section. You'll also find furniture, lamps, vases, technology items and cords, board games, and plenty of children's toys. I was also really unimpressed with the pricing. Some very basic items were priced at over $20 even though they clearly didn't have much value. These definitely weren't the fun thrift store prices you hope to find when you're treasure hunting. It felt more like retail pricing on secondhand items, which kind of takes away the excitement of thrifting. Unfortunately, the prices alone make this feel like one of the more expensive thrift stores rather than one of the good bargain spots. One thing that hasn't changed is how busy it is. The store is almost always packed, which shows it's still a popular spot. I just can't help feeling a little nostalgic for how it used to be when everything was together and it felt easier to stumble upon something special. Lately, I haven't had much luck finding anything good here, but it's still worth a stop if you enjoy browsing.
