I said hello do you have a women's size 9.5 wide in stock, he immediately (one second) replied no. I was surprised how quickly he responded and asked him how he knew there were no size 9.5 wide in stock, he grunted "I looked at the wall." I asked if there was a manager then the next thing I know another male gets on the line. This guy didn't identify himself. I asked him for his name, he refused, I asked again he refused saying he was not going to give me his name. Nor would he confirm his position. Then I asked him for his supervisor, same refusal, then I asked for the corporate number. He said, do you have a receipt? I said receipt? (apparently, the receipt has a customer service number on it). I said no, I hadn't even made a purchase yet. He reluctantly gave me 888 777-3949. I told him the experience was a terrible customer interaction and that they failed miserably. I made a complaint to Marie in CS...not expect anything to come of it. So, yeah that was my big warm & fuzzy interaction with employees of Finish Line located at the Florence Mall in Florence Kentucky. You won't need a crystal ball to figure out I wont be making a purchase now or anytime in the future.

All staff were wearing masks. This is definitely a plus. The store is a bit crowded. I don't mean people. The racks are close together and just moving throughout the store I knocked things off the rack at least once especially by the work out/athletic section. I was trying to find a pair of leggings and all the sizes and styles were mixed. I couldn't find what I was looking for. During my leggings search, I was approached by an employee about a rewards program. I don't shop at Old Navy very often, so I took a pass. As I navigated further into the store, the more crowded it became. By the clearance section, it was impossible to look through the racks as everything was packed and hard to move through the area. Plus, I docked a star because the entire back of the store smelled like pot. It was mostly empty of people, but a few. I thought it may have just been the clearance section, but as I moved towards the kids section then the men's side by the dressing rooms - the smell definitely lingered. I felt overwhelmed in this store. I left in a hurry without making a purchase.

Went in because the clip on my purse strap broke, and they presented me with a myriad of options. They are great problem solvers! The purse strap that I liked best didn't clip to my purse properly, and they had a solution for that too! Even provided options I wouldn't have thought of myself. With any purchase, you can customize a leather Coach tag, and for $8, it was was super fun and I highly recommend it. Was really cool to see employees from different backgrounds and age groups! So often this isn't the case, but these different perspectives provide a more enriching experience. It's nice to know that real, quality customer service is alive and well still. Good job, Coach!

They will measure you for a bra, you don't have to worry about being treated like a thief when you go the changing rooms, and they are accommodating for the husbands/boyfriends (like me) that go with their significant other to participate in the shopping. One of the best things about this store is the larger selection of items compared to many of the other Lane Bryant stores.

Right in the middle of our visit, the power went out and the mall was evacuated. The associate helping us was stunning, patient, and ensured my client felt safe during the chaos, but we didn't get her name before leaving.Today (Wednesday), I called the store to get the SKU numbers for the bras so we could order them online, as it is hard for my client to travel and the sale was ending. I spoke with Claire and explained that I was trying to find the wonderful lady who assisted us right before the blackout. Claire completely refused to help me identify her or give out her name, and I had to plead with her for quite a while. It was incredibly upsetting and frustrating that she wouldn't problem-solve with me, especially since I explicitly told her this associate provided great customer service and we just needed to complete our purchase.Hoping for a better outcome, I called back a second time. Thankfully, Elizabeth answered! She immediately recognized our situation, told me her name, and came to the rescue. She located the exact items that worked perfectly for my client and gave me the info we needed. Elizabeth's genuine care is rare. I dread the mall in general and trying on bras is never fun for anyone I don't think. I haven't bought or tried any on in years, didn't know my size or what I wanted and I was not looking forward to finding some that worked but Elizabeth was SO unbelievably helpful and kind. She brought me so many different kinds and sizes to try on. She never once showed frustration or annoyance when I needed another size or didn't love what she brought me. She even found me as I was checking out to give me a card she had filled out with my sizes and which bras I liked so I would be able to remember in the future. In the end I left with 3 new bras and thanked her profusely for the help but I just wanted to leave this so management could also acknowledge how great she is!! Thanks again Elizabeth!
